Definitely a go to if you are a fan of locally sourced food restaurants. The prices of the plates were in line with their ingredients and taste, the drinks were absolutely amazing as well. We went here on a date night and had an amazing time and amazing service, thank you.

Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Corvallis; everything from start to finish was incredible. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the cocktails were spot on, and the food was next-level delicious without breaking the bank. You can tell there’s real care behind every dish. This has officially become my new favorite spot in town, and I’m already dropping hints to my husband about when we can go back!

Slow service, and long wait for food. Soufflé was yummy but waffles, sandwich, French toast were meh. Coffee was gross…highly acidic and tasted burnt.

Food was ok, service was bad. Our server was had his friend waiting for him at the bar, maybe that is why he was rushing to close the restaurant down (stacking chairs, putting out brunch menus) while people were still eating??
Not only that, but we saw folks turned away at 8:20 saying the kitchen had closed! If you advertise closing at 9 I’m sorry but you should stay open till at least 9 ESPECIALLY on a Friday night. Super awkward and unprofessional.
Regarding the food, the bread and butter app has more butter than bread, and if you dare ask for more bread expect to pay an extra 2$ per slice. Icing on the mediocre cake really.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Caves Corvallis! I started with the oysters, which were fresh and quite large, and followed with the mussels for my entrée … absolutely delicious! Our server, Macayla, was friendly, sweet, and incredibly helpful, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood and excellent service in Corvallis!!

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server luke was outstanding and he recommended us amazing options. The New York was the most tender steak I’ve had and the potatoes were insane. The brownie he recommended was the best dessert I’ve had.

Luke, the bartender is FANTASTIC! Just who you’d want to meet after a bumper to bumper car ride on US 5. He was very personable and easygoing. He even improvised a cocktail from the menu that was delicious; without any hesitation. We were only stopping in for drinks but their chuck and short rib burger—also suggested by Luke—was superb. Additionally the oysters, potato latkes, snap pea & radish salad, and brownie with ice-cream and Marion berries—a local treat—were all equally delightful. They have a great extensive wine and beer list. Ox in Portland last night and Caves tonight!!! This family wedding trip is off to a delectable start.
