We had a delightful experience at Caves. The food was excellent, with creative menu options.

Food was ok, service was bad. Our server was had his friend waiting for him at the bar, maybe that is why he was rushing to close the restaurant down (stacking chairs, putting out brunch menus) while people were still eating??
Not only that, but we saw folks turned away at 8:20 saying the kitchen had closed! If you advertise closing at 9 I’m sorry but you should stay open till at least 9 ESPECIALLY on a Friday night. Super awkward and unprofessional.
Regarding the food, the bread and butter app has more butter than bread, and if you dare ask for more bread expect to pay an extra 2$ per slice. Icing on the mediocre cake really.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Caves Corvallis! I started with the oysters, which were fresh and quite large, and followed with the mussels for my entrée … absolutely delicious! Our server, Macayla, was friendly, sweet, and incredibly helpful, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood and excellent service in Corvallis!!

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server luke was outstanding and he recommended us amazing options. The New York was the most tender steak I’ve had and the potatoes were insane. The brownie he recommended was the best dessert I’ve had.

Delicious cocktails, great food, and an incredible staff—especially Luke—what more could you want in Corvallis!

The food is good but service at this restaurant is subpar.
This restaurant should do a last seating no less than one hour before closing if expectation is to rush through dinner if you come in any later than. Made to feel like we were in the way of them trying to close and courses were just thrown in front of us.

Very cute spot (aesthetically and ambiance/vibes). Greeted by kind hostess and opted for bar seating. Great wine selection. Had the skin contact wine and then went with a whiskey sour (one of the best I've had in a while even in larger city Portland!). The two bartenders were wonderful and friendly. The food looked and smelled amazing but we had dinner plans so we didn't only had drinks. I wish this place had been open while I was living in Corvallis for school. I would have been a regular.

We made a reservation for 3 to have Monday supper. The restaurant was not so busy to require this, but it was easy to book the table online.
Our server was attentive. Our drinks and food came out quickly and correctly.
This place is so great! The food is tremendous and the staff are all amazing. I recommend making a reservation especially if you’re planning on regular dinner time!
Beautiful and classy

Amazing
Met my son for dinner. My wife had the steak, and I had the Caves burger and frites.
Service was great, as was the atmosphere. The food was amazing.
Went twice. The bacon was soaking in coagulated grease. The scrambled eggs were goopy. The monte cristo was ok. The breakfast potatoes tasted like grease.Good service the first time went, but very poor the second visit (had to ask for ketchup twice, jam didn't come with the toast) at least the coffee was good. No discernible vodka in the Bloody Mary.
Will not be coming back.
Nice little restaurant. The food was great and a diverse menu. Portaions are small but very good. Not to expensive but diffently not cheap. Make sure to call a reservation ahead of time. They were completely full when we arrived. Service was fast and friendly.
