My recent customer service experience with a missing-item issue was unsatisfactory. My initial call to the local store resulted in being told to call the national support line. The failure of either party to resolve the problem effectively highlights a major inefficiency. The process was a significant waste of my time. There are other options in Corvallis with better customer service.

I was there on Saturday afternoon (10/18). I thought I left my cell phone there. I called and spoke with a manager. He said they didn't have it, but said he'd check the cameras to see if he could find me on tape and if I left it. Two hours later, he calls me back to tell me he couldn't see it. I was blown away. With all the chaos of the new store, he took the time to look and call me back. I was super impressed with all the staff (shout out to the young guy who brought us napkins and refilled my drink). It's crazy busy but service is still top notch. PS I found my phone when I got home and feel terrible for not calling to tell them. But I honestly did not think he'd actually look at tape.

Just a heads up for everyone, check the time in the image, they are serious about 10:30 being the cutoff for breakfast, even if you order and pay ahead, even if you are at the location in line scanning the sign with your phone, one other car in the drive thru, 7 employees looking at me, hahaha! Drove away, no food, order cancelled. If I would have clicked the image one second earlier it would have been a different experience.

We tried to come inside to eat. The signage was terrible; we ended up driving in circles. Once we escaped, we went elsewhere.

Buns were cold to the touch while drenched in oil, and both the chicken and the fries were soft. I did not wait to eat or anything. Much worse than other locations. Good service and lemonade.

Lots of room for improvement. Drive thru line is too small. After I received my order there was nowhere to pull out and away since the car in front of me didn’t have their order yet.
Both the workers and security trying to direct traffic through the temporary ropes seemed extremely confused themselves.

Update: Came back for dinner tonight and the drive thru was much better! They were having cars pull off and wait in parking spots if they were still waiting for their order.

went through the drive thru, ordered a mocha cream cold brew and a sausage patty. the lady taking my order was quite short with me and then i got a chicken filet instead?? which has a significant price difference. didn’t have time to go back and i don’t want fried chicken at 8am. trashed. tried to issue in the app the mistake and it auto generated me a free filet reward. i don’t want a chicken filet!!! i never did, so annoying

I definitely love Chick-fil-A! What an amazing, welcoming, and hard-working team. Please don’t be the person to complain this place just opened a few days ago, and of course everyone wants to try it!

This is actually my second visit today the first time was the drive-thru, and even though the line was long, it moved very fast. This time I dined in, and I was even happier with the experience.

I highly recommend this place the chicken is so good! I never eat chicken from fast food restaurants, except Chick-fil-A.

Thank you for all the hard work I saw today. Being in the service industry myself, I can definitely tell how much effort goes into what you do. Great work, great food I’ll definitely be back as a regular customer! ❤️🍗

I was truly blown away with my experience at the new Corvallis location, especially considering this was opening day! I came inside wearing cow attire to receive my free entree. The line moved quickly, the order taker was friendly, confirmed they heard my order accurately, and said “my pleasure”, with a smile! I received my spicy sandwich quickly, it was hot, fresh, and had just the right amount of breading. The store was completely full of guests, yet they managed to keep it very clean (9pm). I then went thru the drive through to try their “Mobile Thru”. Amazing experience! I bypassed almost 40 cars that did not place mobile orders, I still had to wait a few minutes, but for a grand opening, the Corvallis staff and grand opening managers did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they were out of strawberry Fanta, but they sincerely apologized, and offered me any other drink to make it up. Welcome Chick-fil-A!
