Chipotle Mexican Grill

So spicy it’s inedible. Qdoba is the only good assembly line Mexican restaurant I’ve found in the Pacific NW.

This is consistently hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I ate this stuff 5x a week. They’re always out of nearly everything by 5pm. Getting dinner at 7 for four years I was missing half the ingredients of my burrito and the guac was disgusting. Literally Jell-o would’ve been better than the guac they serve. This place needs a franchise quality check, go try it yourself and be just as disappointed as I always was.

Always a solid choice with the toddler. Love the flavorful safritos and mixed veggies. Take my bowl home, add greens and stretch it into multiple meals.

This place can be good, its chipotle - but not recently. The service I received was ridiculous. They messed up my order in almost every way, then messed up my girlfriend's order giving her chicken when she asked for rice. I dont know how you hear that, then when she said she wanted rice & carne asada the guy said she'd be charged double if she made the change. I did get charged for double protein, and they only put a scrap in mine, less than a single portion.

I tried to call to sort this out and it takes you to a call center. You can't actually reach someone at the location.

Ordered thee burritos, three dips and three sides of chips. Got one burrito, two dips, and no chips. I am a head chef of a kitchen, it is really not that hard to read a piece of paper and follow those directions. Especially in a fast food atmosphere. I don’t understand how or why people can be so stupid and incompetent. Figure. It. Out.

This Chilotle has gone downhill. My last Doordash order was completely wrong. I didnt get any beans, salsa or lettuce that I ordered. Really disappointing.

I ordered through the app, but just look at how small the portion is — extremely disappointing. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had here. Even the staff don’t seem to care when packing the food for app orders. Really unacceptable

I tried to order a quesadilla at this location and they would not make me one, saying that they can only be ordered online due to the high volume of customers they have given their proximity to the college. The day I went was during the summer holidays and my family were the only people in line.

Excellent portions.

Location consistently runs out of steak for burritos or bowls. In these instances, staff expects patrons to substitute other protein options and acts dismayed when a patron refuses.

Got to Circle blvd location at 10:45 when they opened, said they couldn't open for 20 more minutes. I had a potluck I needed rice for, which would make me late, but I decided to wait. At 11:15 they STILL WERENT OPEN, so I went to Monroe location. There they told me a container of rice would be $5, so I asked for two containers. After they dishes it out, they said it'd be $10 ea- so double! I was late to potluck, and it cost $20 for half empty containers. Soooooo dissatisfied.

Typical chipotle, a fast meal for $10. If you mind loud music, college students or difficult parking situations this isn’t the burrito or bowl for you.
