The burritos here are several ounces lighter than those at most other Chipotle locations. The one I got tonight was mostly rice and had hardly any beans or salsa. They messed up my fiancee's order and "forgot" the beans and cheese on her burrito. I'm never going to this location again; I'll just go a bit further to the one on campus since the quality is so consistently good there.

I don't know why we keep coming back to this location. Every time we order here, the portion sizes are just sad. The burritos are mostly rice with very little of the other ingredients. They also somehow forget to add some ingredients. My most recent order had missing beans and cheese and hardly any lettuce and salsa.
We're just going to go to the one on campus from now on- they never disappoint.

Weak portions. Said he would need to charge for extra if i asked for more, even though i only received like 4-5 chunks of little meat. Unfair.

This was a 5 star review, but I changed this bc this location always has something wrong that affects their ability to have important products (meat).
The food-sub par and the burrito I got was half the size at any other Chipotle I have been to.
Customer service. The guy behind the counter has an attitude seeming like he did not want to be there at all.
Atmosphere-looked like it had not been cleaned, used mask on floor in lobby. Tables had Been in need of cleaning. Fountain drink area had food remains on it. Used gloves on floor in food prep area.
All in all I have had a better experience at a food vendor in an alley in Korea while in the Army. The only reason it’s getting a one star is because I can’t put zero stars or negative stars. Hope something is done with this location soon, but I won’t be back to it.

This has happened multiple times (missing items in our orders) so I reached out to customer support and they offered 2 free drinks on the app. Both vegetarian dishes missing fajita veggies, my burrito was ice cold with huge clumps of wet freezing cold cheese, had to walk in and get our chips and guac bc it wasn’t in our bag and when we got home the chips were so chewy. Go to Tacovre or Laughing Planet. They have better service and fresher food.

The service here isn't always the friendliest, but they seem to put acceptable portions on their food, and this location is pretty clean. Never seems incredibly busy, and when there is a line, it seems to move at a decent pace. I'll definitely be back.

Where's the beef is all u can say? The portions have gone down hill it was the reason we went there to eat the extra portions and bigger portions and no reason to go.

I love chipotle and I usually eat from their Monroe location. Since it was late I ordered online from here to pick up with “chipotlane” We showed up and waited in the drivethru behind another car, confused because we waited until ten minutes after our pickup time behind this other car with no sign of an employee. We backed out of the drive thru and I walked inside to ask what’s going on. There were only 3 people working and several customers waiting. I notice the employee just barely pulling my “web order” off of the register. I said “that is my order, it’s supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago”. He said “sorry we’re really behind, I can make it now” I said ok. Then he said he doesn’t have any salad greens for my salad but he can make it anyway. I asked if that part could be refunded in some way or replaced and he said replaced and I said uh maybe fajita veggies? Out of that too. I look at their trays and there’s basically nothing in them. They don’t even have the ingredients for

Figure it out on the app/website, to no avail. I went back in and he said I have to call a 1-800 number. A couple of rude young college students laughed at my frustration which made it all worse. I got to talk to a robot online and they eventually just left the authorization up and said it would fall off in a couple days off my bank account. Now it’s an hour later and my husband and I have no food and no more money budgeted for tonight’s dinner. DO NOT GO HERE. Idk how easy it is but something needs to change so they don’t accept orders when they are OUT of the ingredients to make your food. Seems like that would make sense??? And more people need to be working there at once so it isn’t so overwhelming for the 3 people on there that we’re not very experienced hence slower at making things so much that they’re 30 minutes - 1 hour behind on orders.
