I eat here a lot. I mean probably 5 times a week. The service is always good. Portions are plentiful and they are rarely out of items.

Older lady making my food was nice enough, but was fairly obvious that how dare I ask for more than 2 scoops of rice.

Supposed manager was extremely rude. Didnt look up from his phone as im standing onfront of him and then proceeded to act inconvenienced over doing his job which was simply cashing us out. He also threw our change into our hand instead of handing it over. Definitely needs to work on his customer service skills, or maybe consider another job!

I order from this location a lot since it’s closer to me than the Monroe location,and I have to say that this is one of the most difficult places to order from. Not because of the ordering process(easy to order from the app) but because it feels like I need to jump through the window and strangle the workers sometimes. They are so good at messing my order up! Trust me, my order is simple, less than 6 toppings in my burrito. So it shouldn’t be rocket science, right? Well apparently it is for these guys.

I ordered a burrito through the app today and it pushed me to my breaking point, I had to eat through all of the guacamole until I finally started getting into the clump of barbacoa about half way through. It’s so insane to me that it can be this hard, especially when it’s an online order, nobody’s even watching and pressuring you while you make it. This is a lack of care and competence.

This isn’t the only time something like this has happened, I once got an entirely different order inside the bag with MY NAME on it and had to go back and argue with a foreign worker who wasn’t understanding anything I was trying to say. Another time I asked for extra pico salsa and can you guess what happened? I got none! Whoopty doo! This location really picked some winners when they started their hiring process!

If you want food from this location, walk inside and order so you can watch them make it how YOU as the customer want it.

Well we had a good experience here. Went in and ordered in person and took food home. Food was really good, large portions and the guys making it were friendly and fast. We had burritos and bowls. chipotle is a nice option if you’re really hungry and looking for healthier choices.

The burritos here are several ounces lighter than those at most other Chipotle locations. The one I got tonight was mostly rice and had hardly any beans or salsa. They messed up my fiancee's order and "forgot" the beans and cheese on her burrito. I'm never going to this location again; I'll just go a bit further to the one on campus since the quality is so consistently good there.

I don't know why we keep coming back to this location. Every time we order here, the portion sizes are just sad. The burritos are mostly rice with very little of the other ingredients. They also somehow forget to add some ingredients. My most recent order had missing beans and cheese and hardly any lettuce and salsa.

We're just going to go to the one on campus from now on- they never disappoint.
