I am absolutely obsessed with their Vietnamese cold brew. (Plant based? It's not vegan as it has sweetened condensed milk in it, but they do have great vegan options, too.)

Baristas are not as chatty as at the blue-roof chain, but are friendly and helpful if you do strike up a conversation. The lines move quickly and they've gotten my drink right every time.

Their oat milk vanilla latte was one of the best I've had... period. The milk was frothed to silky perfection, and the espresso tasted smooth and chocolaty. It is a rarity to find such quality in a drive thru coffee spot. Very pleased!

This is a drive up. The quality of the coffee is great. People are nice and fast.

There were coffee grounds in my iced latte. It was extremely burnt tasting. I wanted to splurge for a delicious coffee not made by me and this must be karma for not using my own espresso machine. I mean I'm still going to drink it and tell myself it's just extra bitter which matches me currently.Update: Nevermind, I tried to tough it out and it was horrendous.

I live near the 9th St. location and metolius chai is outstanding so is the young man who is there usually on Saturday am possibly Latino and a super professional!!! Give him a raise! However I wish I could compliment others as much. In particular a 20 something female blonde hair who has now on 2 occasions asked me again for my order at the window after giving my order previously at the drive up speaker. Also she’s not attentive to the process and has to repeat questions such as the size of the beverage. Better training needed or better employees.

Wanted a Java chip, but they don't offer one. Got a Mocha Frost instead. It's kind of a weird drink, kinda "meh". Probably won't go back.
