Came in on 3-13-25 with my family at 4:45pm and they had zero waffle cones or bowls made and weren't planning on making any because she just decided she didn't want to make any. The is the main reason we come here because their waffle cones are so good. 2 more staff showed up by 5pm and they still didn't make any waffle cones or bowls and told customers after us that they decided not to make them. Very disappointing. Icecream was good but not without the cone.

They didn't have change for me when I paid $6.75 for a small ice cream. They did not have a quarter, clearly expecting me to simply pay another $.25. "I font have change" So I had to dig through my purse and find 3/4 to make the exact change. Ridiculous. Then, attitude afterward. ?
Do not order cake from here! We went there to pick up a pre-ordered cake. they said the cake was not made and ask us to pick up a random cake from the store. terrible store and service. also the employee did not even know how to make a refund. what a joke.
