I love that they hand mix your pick of toppings and whatnot into the ice cream. That is always cool to watch! They have so many flavorful options and combinations, and offer multiple styles (paper bowls, waffle cones, shakes, etc) And if you're a fan of edible glitter, they have that, too! The staff here are so fun, friendly, and energetic! But most importantly, they are very professional with their job! I love bringing my kids here, it's always a fun experience!

Ordered a Mother's Day cake well in advance of Mother's Day. Very basic cake. Was called on the 10th at noon to let me know they didn't have cake decorators for Mother's Day (smart business move there) and that the owners would be contacted and I would get a refund. After a bunch of back and forth, I've decided to just ask the bank to get my money back. $55 cake, left a $10 dollar tip. That is why I HATE tipping beforehand. Avoid this place.

Came in on 3-13-25 with my family at 4:45pm and they had zero waffle cones or bowls made and weren't planning on making any because she just decided she didn't want to make any. The is the main reason we come here because their waffle cones are so good. 2 more staff showed up by 5pm and they still didn't make any waffle cones or bowls and told customers after us that they decided not to make them. Very disappointing. Icecream was good but not without the cone.

Love this place so much I wanted to take my dad to it for his birthday but they are closed because they registered are broken apparently people cannot add on a calculator or a piece of paper bummed out dad's birthday is a bust
