Shame on you. Placed an online order the day before pickup. Next day went in to pick up and order NOT made at all. Had to grab a premade ice cream cake in freezer which was not that great. Go to Dairy Queen if you want an ice cream cake. Cold Stone is going to go out of business if they don't get their act together. Will NEVER go there again!!!!!Parking: NA

Horrible. Order a cake online for a party. Went to pick it up at noon when it said it would be opened. Went back twice. It now twelve forty five and it's still not open. Horrible

Super rude employees who seem annoyed they have to serve customers even when they are simple and easy. We ordered 2 cups with 1 mix in and the girl seemed annoyed we existed. The couple with a kid behind us had questions and the little boy changed his mind and the guy helping them audibly sighed and crossed his arms. You don't have to like you job but at least pretend to bot hate everything. Made the whole atmosphere crazy uncomfortable and it's expensive so just double bad. Lesson learned and will go to the local places or even DQ first. Kids and ice cream shops go hand in hand...if you can't be nice to a very nice but excited child you probably should not work in an ice cream shop

Person lost their fingers on a machine that was report as a faulty machine. 3 stars because when they first opened they were great

Worst cold stone I have ever been too!!! 1.Went inside no one there and finally two employee comes to the front 2. they melt the ice cream and sell it to you. The stone where they mix the ice cream melts your ice cream lol.3. Expensive and they except a tip.Never going back there, worst money spent !!!!

I stopped here after swimming with my kids. I asked TWICE how much all the cones are and was told " just pick one out, they come with it" when I paid my bill was double and when I questioned the guy he just said "sorry!". So frustrating. $40 for 3 1 scoopers and a child's bowl. I won't be returning!

On two separate occasions, they were out of milk for milkshakes/smoothies. Looking past the fact that it was a product issue, the coustomer service is terrible. We were given attitude for trying to pick something else as if we were an inconvenience to them in an empty store. No apology for the inconvenience, just frequent eye rolls and silence.

The door alone is $2,000."I found bone and finger in my ice cream."You're hilarious, but that definitely didn't happen. Have some respect."A man rinsed his hands for 30 seconds after handling a credit card. I'm reporting him to the health department."Are you upset because he didn't use soap? What's the point here? Cold Stone employees are never required to touch the product directly with their hands. If you're afraid of germs on this level perhaps you should avoid public facilities.

Staff was busy standing around talking instead of taking orders. Got on the way home and noticed a hair in my ice cream. Figured okay whatever then found a second and a 3rd hair. Gross do better
