Crumbl in Corvallis Oregon is Awesome! Great Cookies! However they don’t pay attention to details or requests. I specifically asked for the Happy Birthday Wrap and note saying Happy Birthday Babe! Love you! And got nothing. No wrap, no Happy Birthday, no note. Nothing but Cookies. But other than that the Cookies are Great!
Everytime I come in here the staff is very friendly, I love that you get to somewhat see what’s going on with the whole process.. and they always do a great job at such amazing tasting cookies! ❤️?

Our crumbl has to the BEST around! They're always beautifully presented, and baked just right! This particular location is what turned me into a full addict. Give these kids raises. 10/10 Corvallis Crumbl!Vegetarian options: They're cookies. Wouldn't you be worried if they WEREN'T vegetarian?Okay, I wouldn't be mad at a maple bacon cookie. But you get it!

Never have my order ready when I place online in advance. I’ll walk in by the order pick up section, won’t be greeted, and people who walked in and placed their order in store after me will get their orders before me. Happens even if I check in online. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t get it ready? The online order even gives a pickup time frame and they still don’t get it ready by then.

Served me almost completely RAW churro cookie. When I showed them they said “uh we just cook them to temp so idk. “ insisted I wanted another, cooked. He handed me the next cookie in his HAND no box. Weirdest customer service ever.

The Cornbread Cookie topped with Honey Butter is amazing, and once you try it you won't stop thinking about how delicious it is. The flavors at Crumbl Cookies rotate every week. When you use the Crumbl app you can earn points for a free Cookie of your choice, and on your birthday you get a free cookie as an app user. I never get bored at Crumbl because every week there are new flavors to choose from.
