Death by Donutz

I stopped in Corvallis for the first time in my life just to check out this donut shop, what a cool vibe! There is 2 hour street parking on 14th. I’m envious of the students who get to come here regularly. The cashier was super friendly. The banana split and cherry cheesecake donuts were incredible. Only $4 each! I’ll have to come back through and try their coffee sometime.

The donuts are good if you can make it in early enough. The service is slow and if they're making any coffee then the wait becomes a long wait before they even acknowledge that youre even there but im sure it's just me

I have tried to come to death by donutz yesterday and today when it said open on google and they are closed. I have eaten here before and know the food is good, but very disappointed with confusing hours. also posted on the front window open late thursday, friday, and saturday until 8 pm. both my failed visits were around 3 pm on Thursday and Saturday.

These donuts are fantastic! Not too sweet, not too heavy. Craveable!

Good selection and delicious 😋

Stopped by to grab a potato donut. I had never had one before. The donut itself was a nice balance of sweetness to the potato starch flavor in the batter. A lot of donuts can be too sweet because of the sugar in the batter and then the sugar in the toppings, but the donut I had was well balanced, sweet but not too much so.

The staff was social and friendly. I didn't catch his name, but he was happy to answer my questions about what it was like to work there, and about the overall atmosphere.

My son went because we know the owner. We live a couple hours north and my son brought some back.Best donuts ever!

In my opinion, these are the best donuts and the PNW. I’ve lived here for over 40 years and have eaten donuts from dang near everywhere. You will not be disappointed.

As I've been hearing about this place for years, going as a vegan was disappointing and scores a big, fat ZERO for all the hype. One type of vegan doughnut (plain with chocolate?!) and the server was kind enough to add sprinkles for fun. It didn't even taste like much, the texture was ok (a step up from cardboard), just bland - like cheap white bread. In a doughnut shop that has a decent selection, why do vegans get handed this sort of nonsense? Do better, please!

I have a homie who's a celiac and this is the only place he can go to get donuts. He also said they were the best gluten-free donuts he's ever been able to find. This business and their workers go above and beyond to provide a place for even those with gluten allergies can go, making sure to only use metal cooking tools instead of plastic to prevent contamination!
Employees are incredibly respectful, kind, and patient.

Amazing culinary experience! I’m normally do not get excited about donuts, but OMG! These donuts are EPIC! Best donuts ever…. They are potato donuts with the perfect balance~ many have a specialty filling with a magic topping. Out of this world! I like the cappuccino donut and lemon meringue donut best so far. There are many different combos to try. Thank goodness my husband and I can split a couple of donuts so I can keep trying more flavors next visit. I will be back! 🍩❤️
