Always great selection of menu items with uniqueness and adherence to quality ingredients. I like that there is often something new. Solid wine list. Would like more variation in desserts. They hardly ever change. key lime is excellent.

The Wednesday specials are next level great. Super food, great deal on delicious 3 course menu. Cute waitress who remembered us from 2 weeks prior. A+plus

Interesting menu and very nicely prepared! One of the best dining experiences we've had I quite a while.

Consistently great service. Bread and dips are yummy. Cocktails are yummy. Steak and potatoes are solid. Sopes are wonderful. Don’t miss the key lime “pie”.

We hadn't been to Del Alma in awhile and had a lovely evening. Delicious prawn dish and lamb too. Lots of great choices. And service was excellent, from Francesca

Visited Del Alma to celebrate my birthday. We did not have a reservation but they were able to seat us at the bar right away! Even with sitting at the bar we were easily able to talk and felt like we were in a private setting. The food was delicious, my boyfriend ordered the steak and he said it was the best steak he had ever eaten at a restaurant. I had the Wednesday 3 course special, all of the food was incredibly flavorful and served very promptly! The drinks were great as well! The staff working at the bar were very helpful, kind, and attentive! We definitely will be back!

This was our third time dining at Del Alma. Always a pleasure to savor the carefully prepared dishes. Thankful to have this restaurant for special celebrations.

An excellent place, which I visited for the first time and really enjoyed. I was treated with very friendly service, the atmosphere and food were delicious, and I loved the drinks as well. The truffles as dessert were a highlight, with a special shoutout to Ale, who prepared my cocktails excellently.

Passing through Corvallis, this is my go-to for dinner. It's unique, delicious and convenient to downtown. The food is creative and filling. Plated beautifully. Fresh. Can't say enough good things.

We can't say enough great things about Del Alma. The ambiance felt like a cool & sleek NYC restaurant. With the 2-story windows along the green belt & waterfront, the view just added to it. The hostess staff set the tone from the minute we walked in. They were upbeat & genuinely friendly, we knew it was going to be a great evening. We sat on the top level, there are 4 floors & each level felt like a private & cozy space, even though it was an open layout. Lydia was with us for the evening & she continued the great hospitality with friendly service & she always seemed to know exactly when to check on us & we never felt rushed. The food.... The food was impeccable! From the mushroom tortilla appetizer, the wine & our entrees, the experience continued & just got better. We are looking forward to our next visit here & hope to sit with Lydia again. 10 out of 10 stars!!🥂🌟
