I had an all star experience last night. Our server was wonderful, attentive, sweet, helpful etc. Timing was great for everything and each dish was perfectly prepared. The setting is clean and open, bar setup is beautifully layed out downstairs with brick and that dining area has a large window outlooking trees and a walkway with a bench. Wine list was adequate and had local picks. Dessert was flavorful and not too sweet. Overall I'm very happy and will return. Worth the hour journey there for just the food alone. Healthy options go well with my fitness goals.

Wonderful food and service! We came here on a whim. It was an excellent decision. The staff was fantastic and prompt. They immediately made us feel welcomed, and the food was beyond words?

While there's not much in the ways of vegetarian-friendly foods, what they do have is quite good. The drinks were spot on. I'd highly recommend sitting by the bar.

Delightful Mexican cuisine .Started with drinks and appetizers of seared scallops and roasted brussel sproutsFor dinner we had a 8oz Filet Mignon and the Blackened Albacore. To finish we shared a Creme Brulee.Everything was delightful and cooked to perfection. The staff were fantastic and made it a better experience. We sat in the lounge side and enjoyed the setting.Very happy with our experience here.

We consider Del Alma to be a destination restaurant and try to get there at least once a year. A nice day in Corvallis, walks by the river, window shopping, and dinner at Del Alma is a perfect day away.

We have always loved going here for dinner and wanted to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. We were welcomed very warmly and directed to our table. When we made the reservation it asked if we were celebrating an occasion. We wrote it was our son's birthday. In the past, we've frequented high end restaurants and were shown special attention such as rose petals on our table for our anniversary or even a stock printed card from the staff acknowledging a birthday. Nothing like that here. If you don't plan on doing anything to make the guest feel special, THEN DON'T ASK. Our server was the main reason we won't be coming back. The drink order took at least 15 minutes, they dropped off carafes of water but never came back to fill them up over the course of almost a 2 hour dining experience. When she finally brought our drinks, she THEN asked if we wanted to order appetizers. Why wait until the drinks are ready? Why not place the drink order, come back to the table and take our appetizer order so we can enjoy food AND drink? The appetizers took FOREVER and here's the thing, the were chilled appetizers. Guacamole and a ceviche. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to receive something that takes minutes to plate, THEN they were delivered to the wrong table! Ironically the appetizers we waited 15 minutes for miraculously arrived within minutes (I might add the ceviche was a pretty sad portion size for the price point). We mentioned we were missing another appetizer selection and were told our entrees were coming up shortly and would come with those. Sorry, appetizer never showed up. When our entrees arrived, the way the light hit my plate you could see all the greasy fingerprints on the rim of my plate. When I used to cook fine dining, we would wipe the edges with a tightly wrapped towel lightly soaked in water and vinegar. Clearly not here. The portions were not reflective of the price point and the presentation. Sadly this was our last time.

This was such an amazing place for a date night out, the service was more than excellent. Definitely on the more expensive side but the food and atmosphere was to die for which made it worth it. The cocktails were amazing. Highly recommend for your next fancy date night out.

First time here, staying across the street at Marriott so made it very convenient. Very nice place- the service was outstanding. Our waitress Francesca was hands done the best I've experienced anywhere. We had some dietary restrictions and they accommodated everything. You don't find that much anymore. I will be visiting again for sure.

The shrimp dinner I had was so spicy, I couldn't eat it, I chose to box it up and take it home for my hubby and mix with rice and veggies. There's not a whole lot of options. I really loved the salad. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and the service is top notch.

the food was great aside from the kale(bit too salty) other than that the steak was cooked perfectly and the appetizers were fantastic. the biggest down side was being sat up in the top tiers of the restaurant, but that is more so me having to request a specific table.
