I've regularly buy from Domino's, however this location has been the worst, I went to the register ready to order and nobody bothered to take my order they kept asking if I have an order to pickup and I stated every time that I wanted to place an order and they just ignored it after like 5 minutes of me waiting there someone took my order but it definitely is the worst experience at Domino's

If I could give this location negative stars I would. You will NOT get your order on time. That should be their guarantee. I regularly purchase pizza from Dominos, and consistently the Monroe location goes below even the most minimal performance. The food is often cold and/or old, and even the in-person atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable like even the employees hate working there. Recently, though, I had an awful experience in which the orders were marked complete nearly 45 minutes before the pizza arrived. I called the store after a generous amount of time (20-30 minutes AFTER the delivery window), and was left on hold for yet another 30 minutes! Now I have a house full of hangry people, and I absolutely regret convincing them to let us get delivery at Dominos. I don't see myself spending money on this location again, unless something is done to rectify this. If you want to feel confused and ignored, go ahead and risk ordering here, especially if you want delivery. Otherwise, consider literally ANY OTHER restaurant.

Dude came out and complained about closing at 12:30 when it actually closed at 1:00. Dude was so mad we came during open hours. If your mad don't take it out on the customers it's the mangers fault for scheduling you.

I ordered a pizza, but they gave me the wrong one. When I called to get it fixed, they hung up twice on me and told me I’d have to wait another two hours to get the correct order. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was terrible—no apology, no urgency, just bad customer service.

Pretty great. I should buy pizza here more, especially since there are rewards for buying more pizza, sadly I don't like spending a lot of money and I never fine the deals. Every time I get pizza from here my roommate makes a snide comment on my habits. I've bought a pizza from here twice in 6 months. He even agrees that dominos is top Tier pizza and yet he says this. I don't get it. Anyway he is definitely joking but it makes me feel like I should buy less pizza, but also I don't really care what he says, so I think I'm going to buy pizza more often, at least when there is a good deal, because dominos is great.

WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH would you substitute RANCH for ALFREDO on my pasta?????? THE NINE HELLS DON'T CONTAIN SUCH A MONSTROSITY, BUT YOU DECIDED TO SPRING IT ON ME UNPROVOKED!!!!!!! Pay your employees more or something, this is ridiculous.
