I am new to the state and a hard time getting groceries right now. Although I can't afford it, I've been so grateful to be able to eat thanks to Domino's - both stores in Corvallis, some nights - and I've been very satisfied thank you so much!!

I can’t even describe how angry I am. Part of it may be my hunger but this was enough that I can’t let it go. I placed an order on the dominos app after a long day of work. Emily was my delivery driver and apparently can’t read instructions. I selected the “leave at door” option and left instructions not to knock. I also tipped on the app for this reason. This driver proceeds to bang on my door very loudly and hit my doorbell multiple times. This ruined the peacefulness of my home where people were relaxing and studying and sleeping. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service I received and I want that tip back! I can only imagine if this was a family home and if 2 tired parents were sleeping with an infant child. I can only imagine ruining a families night which was done here today. I hope this driver is told and given to proper instructions in order to be successful. I expect a response to this because this is unacceptable and inappropriate.

Very bad service after waiting outside for more than half hour. One man came to us. And he said. We dont make. Pizza after 10. And our order was showing already cooked. And he came back to store and in 10 minutes our order was cancelled. Wtf. They pick our order to their home. I see clearly that our pizza was ready on the takeout table.

Last October, I had an issue where I ordered pizzas on the app. I went to the store at the time the app said my pizza would be ready. I asked for my order and was told it wasn't ready yet. A few folks came through the door and ordered pizzas. At the point, I'd been there at least 10 minutes, waiting on the order I made 20 minutes prior. The people that came through the door and ordered in person were given their pizzas within a couple of minutes of ordering. I went to say something to the guy at the front and he raised his voice at me, saying, "I'm about to get your pizza now! You were next in line! You need to calm down!" This was yelled at me in a waiting room full of people, in front of my child. I was livid, but I didn't raise my voice. I took my pizzas and left. I've since tried MULTIPLE avenues to get someone to LISTEN to me regarding this incident. I have contacted the store, the website, the FB page, called the number, and even reached out to the parent company. I know my $6 isn't going to make much difference to LC's bottom line. That's fine. I just wanted someone to reach out and apologize for the issue. Since no one is contacting me, I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Worst dominos I've ever eaten in my life. Back in town and wanted some pizza, got privileged with my out of state dominos I ate at frequently. This dominos food is incredibly bland, water is more flavorful. My pasta bowl has a tablespoon of sauce, dry as the desert, and what sauce there is on it half is burnt to the bowl. Ordered extra cheese on my pizza but you'd never know that, there's gaps where there is no cheese. Huge crust bubbles, thick dry sauce ring between crust and cheese, and absolutely no garlic butter on the crust whatsoever. This food was some of the most tasteless food I've ever put in my mouth that eating this pasta bowl the strongest flavor is the metal from my fork. Mind you I love dominos, my go to pizza. Stay away from this place, though, far better places to pick up your pizza in Corvallis. So terrible I can't even finish this food I paid $30 for, not worth it. Save your money, save your taste buds.
Customer service was good. Nothing chatty or very friendly, but very cooperative and polite. Got a full refund on my food, no fuss, simple and sweet.

Oven baked dip came completely spilled out of box, and the chicken bites I paid for was only half of an order. Just disappointed at the laziness. No one is asking you to do extra, they’re just asking you to do your job.
