Love this place and the people! The gentleman who always works out front is so friendly and always asks how my day is or my engages with my son, if he is with me. I feel like this store really treats their customers well and takes pride in what the make and sell! Dough Hook is a monthly treat in our house.

I've been to their shop in Salem but first time to this location. I love the consistency between the locations. The blueberry cream cheese danish is fantastic and the churro donuts are also very tasty but by the time I get there they are always out of the churro donuts so please make more!

It's nearly impossible to find a donut cream that is not artificial and cheap tasting, but this place does not disappoint! The pastry cream was light and fluffy and flavorful with vanilla and real dairy; whether it's the filling inside of a creme brulee or a Bismarck or the topping on their open Danish style pastry with a cream cheesy/ whipped cream folded filling topped with fresh strawberries, the fillings are top notch! The donuts are amazing it's like nothing you can find for the most part. I tell you I've even been to some fancy blue star donut shops and I would say that even their fillings aren't as good as this. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. 100% love it and would highly recommend.

Me and my wife entered in and employee was on the phone that seemed to be with another customer dor a very long time. However, the wait was worth it. I had the bacon maple and i loved how soft the donut was. It hit the spot. I was hoping to have more of a coffee option since it was a donut shop, but regular drip is all they had so I passed on it.

Their donuts are good but also a bit pricey. Got a Ham and Swiss and there was only a thought of ham in it.
Chevron across the street gets their donuts from a donut shop in Albany. They are incredibly delicious the breading is the best breading of any donut I have tried and only 1.78$ a donut.
Also to buy like a 5-6$ donut to be asked if I want to tip is a bit frustrating.
Our house LOVES Dough hook! It’s so yummy and fresh every time- the staff is so kind. They always speak to the kids kindly and actually talks to them and acknowledge them. The sweets are amazing fresh and creative and the savory croissants are to die for!

the worst location I have ever been to! I ordered 5 different pastries and all of them were overbaked and BURNT on the bottom. Not to mention cookie croissant I ordered was not only burnt on the bottom but the whole pastry was RAW all the way through. While this location has a lot more options then the one in Salem you are better off going to the salem location for both better doughnuts and pastries
