I've always loved a mocha from Dutch bros. I used to buy one every day, but raising the price every few months has turned me off. Did you know that the Albany stores charge even more than Corvallis and Lebanon. Whats up with that? Now I buy one every couple of weeks. I wonder how many other people have done the same?

Taking over areas in small towns where the little mom and pop coffee stands are and blocking easy access to them is terrible. The coffee doesn't even compare. Corporation override is not something I support.

The typical length of the line at this place is a positive review on its own. If it were shorter it would mean the coffee isn’t good (and it is) and if it were longer it would mean the staff were off their game (and they aren’t). Kudos to the team here.

This is one of several Dutch Bros restaurants that I frequent in the area. They have a large selection of high-quality beverages that are made to order. The price is higher than you would normally pay for a cup of coffee, but they have a lot more options. They also have options like oat milk, which are a big hit for people who have those preferences. The customer service is always very friendly, and probably the biggest downside is the lines.
I was very disappointed today, I took my daughter in, and she ordered something very specifically, the lady with the tablet in the line repeated the wrong thing back to her, and my daughter took the trouble to confirm with the lady what it was she wanted, and was told that it was what she wanted and what she wanted was the way it would come out and it would be OK.
When we got to the window, my daughter asked me to confirm that it was in fact what she was trying to get, and I talked to the lady at the window and she told me that my daughter was getting what she had asked for. But when we got the product, it was not the product that my daughter wanted, but what the lady had said when it was being put into the tablet. I guess I’m rather frustrated that we can go to this amount of effort to confirm exactly what it is we want and try to correct an error, and still have it come out wrong. This is a rather isolated experience, although we have had a lot of problems with Dutch Bros. at various locations missing whipped cream when requested, and periodically putting regular milk in when we requested oat milk. I have lowered my review for this establishment, and may try to avoid it where possible. There are other Dutch Brothers restaurants that I have not had as much trouble with.
A little off of the main roads, but less crowded than some other locations and easy to pull into.
I guess I would say with Dutch Bros. It makes a big difference which exact location you go to and you have to be careful to make sure you’re getting what you asked for.
