Tatum is the absolute best! I had an amazing drink last night but I didn’t know what it was and she searched the system drink history from last night and found my drink just to make it for me! If that’s not customer service….I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS! She is always super friendly. I love this Dutch Bros ❤️ Best I’ve ever been too!!

I've never had a Dutch bros mess up a drink before.... twice. I ordered a strawberry horchata chai with soft top. The girl taking my order ensured me that it already comes with soft top. Cool. I get my drink and theres no soft top. We pull back around and it is now a guy taking orders. He was very nice and apologetic and once we got to the window the other guy just snatched the drink, poured soft top and handed it back without saying anything.... They also forgot the cinnamon sprinks on top but at that point I was just over it and figured it was much too difficult for them to make right. I shouldn't have tipped I guess.

I have been here multiple times over the past few years and the service has not been great. Normally I’m not one to write poor reviews but I don’t know what their problem is here. Where I grew up the dutch bros workers have always been really friendly. In my experience not here. I see them chatting and acting friendly to cars but for some reason that’s not the case for me. I know I’m not owed a conversation but switching up your temperament per customer is weird. My car is not dirty other than some dog hair, I shower regularly I don’t know why it feels I’m treated differently here. I have some people anxiety and can be quiet but I’ve never been rude and always try to ask how they are back. Maybe this time it’s because I asked them not to give me pup cups because one of my dogs cannot have them and I have been given them without asking before. I don’t know. I only tipped them a dollar today because they were kinda unfriendly but I regret tipping at all really. I get people have bad days but it feels like most of the time coming here it is like this. The woman at the window kinda stared me down for way too long, before and after I got my drink and said nothing other than if I wanted to tip. I just thought it was really strange interaction as they were not treating the truck in front of me that way.

I went there to get holiday drinking because I was having bad. They ask me if I want put a $1 for a tip. I told them no I do not want put a tip on it. I check my bank account when my drink should cost $8.75 but they put a dollar a tip on it. So be careful when going though this Dutch Bro.

Classic Dutch Bros, the staff here has always been super friendly and kind. I always walk up to the window and they've been very patient (especially with all the road noise). Half the time I'm like "HUH?? SAY IT AGAIN??" Really loud road noise so be prepare for that.

I love Dutch Bros. This particular shop is not my favorite. They have some very unfriendly, unsmiling employees. The coffees and rebels are inconsistent in flavor, and the staff make special effort with the guests they know and skimp and rush the guests they don't know. Most people think Dutch, and they think outgoing friendly atmosphere...this shop is one that I typically pass because they are not. Dutch Bros will always be my favorite coffee stop, but this particular shop fails to impress and fails to give me a reason to stop.
