My boyfriend and I had lunch here. It was a clean, well kept restaurant. The waitress was super friendly and inviting. The portions are heavy, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth! She gave us a student discount which was very kind. Thank you, El Charro Negro!
I didn’t even get in the door. There is NO signage that says the name of the restaurant. The sign is on. Says open. But NOBODY is anywhere to be seen. Then the last straw. On the door is a sign that says they have two different prices. Cash price and card price. Not my choice.
We were served by one of the owners who was incredibly sweet, so welcoming, and gave us tips for an upcoming trip to Mexico. Such nice service and a really cute interior. Ask for their habanero salsa.
