It was very subpar and lacked any kind of flavor. Ordered shoestring fries and got crinkle cut. The Mac and cheese had no flavor and hardly anything except plain, blanned, Elbow noodles. Also ordered the Corner booth sandwich wasn't even toasted in the slightest. These folks weren't even trying tonight. I would be ashamed if I were them.

The portions for the sandwiches are really really small for the price your paying, the Mac and cheese is alright but I am defitinely not buying again

Fake restaurant

This is a ghost kitchen for Benchwarmers bar and grill. It seems underhanded to offer a fake restaurant through delivery apps that doesn't otherwise exist. Same with Outlaw Burger. Another ghost kitchen, the same address as Benchwarmers.

This was so bad I just dumped it in the trash. OMG. Even got the order wrong. Just expensive velveeta .

I love the sandwiches, always comes warm and the gluten free bread is pretty good. I don't like the fact that they come in a paper wrapper. The paper always sticks to the sandwich and it's hard to pull it off before eating it.

Was very excited to try this place on door dash. I ordered the regular and it was good for 2 bites and then it got gross. I pushed myself to eat half of it so I wouldn't have wasted a lot of it but I will definitely never order from this place again. Their Mac and cheese isn't that great either. Overall, I don't recommend this place.

Sandwiches were a good value and tasted pretty great. The tomato soup also had good flavor, I just would’ve liked to have seen a larger portion. The mac and cheese left a lot to be desired. Grilled Cheese Society is a virtual restaurant located inside Benchwarmer’s Bar & Grill.

Ordered from The Grilled Cheese Society today via Door Dash. I ordered the Blue Plate Special. This came with some Tomato soup, 1 giant cookie, the Grilled Cheese itself and a coke. The Soup was delicious, it tasted good and wasn't seasoned so much that you couldn't taste the tomato. The sandwich itself though, I was a bit disappointed in. The bread was hard to chew, the cheese on the inside was tough to bite into, wasn't melted all the way. When I have a grilled cheese, I want a gooey, cheesy sandwich, not a hard, tough sandwich. The cookie was also cooked unevenly, Some parts were incredibly hard to bite into, while others were somewhat okay.Overall, while it was okay, it's far too expensive. It costs $17.00, which is being marked up by at least 500% so it's quite expensive. For what you get, I just cannot recommend this dish.

We ordered two of the blue plate specials, but only received two grilled cheese sandwiches without the tomato soup and cookies. Essentially, we paid around $40 for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. The sandwiches themselves were awful. The cheese was not cooked through, and you could clearly tell it was just a few slices of velveeta. Avoid this place, they are a giant scam and can’t even serve half-decent food.

Ordered "The Thursday" a grilled cheese with turkey/bacon/sauce/avocado. The avocado was brown, there was wayyy too much sauce and it was just overall nasty. The bread was good, and done in a nice crisp fashion, it was just the sandwich insides that need improvement. The tomato soup was average, but overall this was not worth the price.
