I enjoy their omlettes with fresh vegetables & mushrooms -- they have to option to go vegan, dairy free, and gluten free. the drinks are hit or miss: the cardamom latte is unfortunately a bit grainy & the matcha is not mixed smooth. however, the barista and employees are kind, they provide alternative milks and plenty of vegan options, and the cafe has a good vibe overall. Interzone is by far my favorite coffee shop. I look forward to seeing Bill, the owner, and checking out the rad art for sale. Everybody is so kind in there, the food is delicious, and the pull the best espresso in town.
My mom and I were in Corvallis the past two days and found this local organic coffeehouse. Great, great coffee and awesome service. We had some snacks that were delicious too love the vibe and the staff welcomed us back on day two with such a warm welcome. Definitely recommend if you want great coffee in a cool, college vibe place.
