move? Food is always good but there is wY to many issues. One today machines are downs,a while back only taking cash, sometimes out of food. It seems like bad management. I don't like doing this but come on u are the food service industry how do u stay in business!

We went to Jack bc I could get breakfast late in the day and my companion could get a burger without bun bc she is gluten free. When i ordered at drive through I was specific and order was repeated back. Upon pick up, I asked if everything was included and was told yes. Everything I requested did not come out so needed another trip through drive through and it was provided. The breakfast platter was actually better than I expected but could've been hotter. The mini pancakes were surprisingly good. The burger was ok, again, warmer would've been better. We miss the cheesy potato wedges. They need to offer gluten free buns. They are available frozen and it would be a huge selling piint as thete are more and more people going gluten free.We lobbied Shari's and they now have gluten free pancakes and bread available.Jack is not as good as it used to be and the help isn't as caring as they should be. They need to work on customer service. We will go again and give it another try, though.

Friendly workers, a favorite as far as fast food goes. Ordered 6 orders of the two tacos. The app did not work so I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. When the app does work for delivery, a $10 order can cost you $25 before tip. Insane.

These guys are awesome! We had a large order and Tui, the manager on duty said no problem. He told us he would prepare the order and then make the fries last so they would be fresh for this take out.Really appreciate it!

Quick. Friendly. Good quality for fast food. We usually hit this spot when out that way cause my grandmother loves their tacos. Recently tried their chicken nuggets and they're better than burger kings and more flavor than McDonald's. All in all, good ?

The drive up window there was a very nice young man. You could tell that he was new from the supervisor standing right behind him. I know how stressful it can be having a boss watch your every move. To watch the young man fill my order to perfection, and make sure that I had everything that I ordered. Then he offered sauces that I might like to try with the meals that I ordered. He was a joy to talk to. He never showed it if he was uncomfortable being watched so closely.

hey let's not

Didn't mess anything up on my order and was a great, quick first experience at their resteraunt.

It's Jack n the box for sure. Mediocre quality. Microwave was out, so no nacho cheese. The service was decent though, the employees definately put in the effort

I usually tend to stay away from this location because I've had bad experiences in the past, but this time I wasn't completely disappointed. We both tried their new $4.99 sourdough patty melt combo. The sandwiches had a good flavor for what they were. We didn't feel as though the sandwiches wowed us it just kind of looks like they were thrown together and super GREASY But they weren't bad. We also tried the New York Style Cheesecake which we found to be somewhat bland. But overall had a good texture and portion. I have been eating Jack n' the Box my whole life and their quality has definitely gone down and unless they make some changes we may not be dining with them again.

The order was fresh and hot, but it was incorrect. I received a fried chicken patty instead of grilled. Unfortunately, it wasn't discovered until I got home to Albany. My grandson wouldn't eat it.

Corvallis has stop dine in for all the fast food restaurant . You can only do drive through. The burgers are still pretty decent though.

Employees are consistently friendly. No complaints there. Everything else is inconsistent. Food is either super fresh or dry bread and poorly made. Today, my chicken was undercooked. The breading was mushy and the tomato was mealy. Combined they formed a slurry of mushy sludge on my sandwich. Some of the fries were hot, fresh and crispy and some were old and cold. My husband's sandwich was the saddest thing I've ever seen. Barely toasted and smashed old bread. It looked like a sandwich that was poorly made and then sat for three days. I'm not sure how they accomplished that one. I also order a root beer. My receipt even said root beer. I was given a coke. I can't drink coke so I didn't get a drink. I didn't feel comfortable finishing the sandwich so I only ate part of it. I only ate half my fries since the rest were bad. Basically I paid $12 for half a sandwich and half a small fry. Sometimes the food is perfect. Sometimes it's bad. Sometimes they have lids, cups, fries, chicken, dessert, employees. Sometimes they don't. I get there is a supply chain issue so I won't be too harsh on them for running out of things but I am able to travel to any other fast food place and get what I need. ‍

Waited in line for about 10 minutes placed order of 4 items. One of the items they forget the meat in the burger had to drive back and around waited 10 more minutes. Just for the employees to day here's your hamburger and then shut the window

I have gone to this place 3 times in the past week their friar didn't work I checked multiple times throughout the day granted I don't need the fast food but I was craving an item. Thanks. Then when I finally went and their friar was working they were out of the item I wanted and were not able to put an order into a combo because they needed a manager on the floor to input the code I really don't think I will ever go back

Had the crispy, spicy chicken, and it was delicious. The wait time was quite long, but all of our food was freshly cooked, so kinda worth it.
