Ordered a #13 combo, the Jimmy Cubano. As you can see, don’t expect your sandwich to look anything like their advertised sandwiches on their website. I paid over $30 for this to be delivered less than a mile from their restaurant. Next time, I’ll skip Jimmy John’s and just make my own.

I moved into the neighborhood recently and this has become one of my go-to spots. Very clean restaurant and the sandwiches have been delicious. My food has been ready quickly whether I order ahead through the app or at the counter. Love their rewards program too!

They’re fast, but they ALWAYS get my order wrong, without fail. From little things like not cutting it in half to straight up not putting any meat on it. It’s honestly impressive.

Free smells and amazing bread. I enjoy their sandwiches but it's really not the same since they removed sprouts from their options. It really pulled the whole sandwich together, and now I can just go buy a loaf of their bread and make a sandwich at home that tastes the same. Bring back the sprouts
