They had their lights off at 6:30pm. I was picking up our online order and asked them if they know their lights are off and the employees chuckled and said yes. They turned them on briefly then when I left they hurried up and shut them off again. Sandwiches were made wrong but I didn’t go back in there bc I assumed they’re probably not practicing cleanliness procedures. We just threw them away and won’t be back.

Ordered the double roast beef - hunters sandwich. Apparently double meat means half the meat? Usually a filling sandwich when looking for protein. Not sure what happened this time. We are a frequent visitor. If I would have eaten in, I would have mentioned it. Too late when taking it home. Feel ripped off.
Update: I followed up with store with their response below. After being shuttled from website to website to leave more information - they basically said - tough luck, store is individually owned. Doubled down on bad service.

Has gone downhill pretty badly. Service was unfriendly, atmosphere was quiet and dull, bathroom was very dirty, and the bread was stale. Top it off with price increases and I doubt I'll be going back to this one. The tables with chairs had them flipped up on top - talk about not welcoming. Edit: Instead of the Franchisor sharing my criticism directly with the Franchisee, they want me to spend more of my time and give them all my personal information to share the exact same information to their feedback system. What a joke.

I give up on this place. More often than not, when I order online, they screw up my order and I end up with an incorrect order. They frequently forget to add chips ordered to the bag. Today, when I opened the bag, instead of two little john sandwiches, I had a little john sandwich and a pickle. The pickle was wrapped so when I left the shop, it looked like I had two sandwiches in the bag. I didn't even order a pickle. Since my sandwich wasn't in the bag, I don't have anything but a bag of chips for my lunch today and I don't know have time during my limited lunch break to run back there and get the sandwich. I'm not giving this location anymore business.

I walked in at 8:29PM, the lights were off and the chairs were up. I was told they were closed. The sign still said open and online it said they close at 9:00PM. This is not the first time this location has closed early and turned away customers. If they close at 8:30 then perhaps they should change their listed hours and flip the sign.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 of which in a combo. They got 1 sandwich kinda right so wasn't a big deal bit the other sandwich the only thing they got right was the type of meat amd that they added cheese. Every veggie and condiment was wrong and even took the bread out when it wasn't supposed to be and forgot to cut in half. Was supposed to be a cherry coke and was given a sprite amd regular Jimmy chips and got salt and vinegar. Only reason this location got an extra star was the curbside is super super convenient and hope they don't get rid of it. My husband has had several orders incorrect here also but usually just 1 or 2 ingredients most of them. Usually go to the one on campus but it was one of the 1st warm/sunny days in awhile and campus was a circus. Will deal with the circus next time or go to Togos.

When I walked in, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. In fact, the guy who did acknowledge me seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else. No smile, no warm welcome, just "hold on I'll be with you in a sec"I was unaware that pick up orders were left on a table by the front door. This does not seem okay, seeing as though anyone could just come in and pick up anyone's order. When I asked for my order, he rudely pointed to the table and said "uhm over there"Please train your staff to be friendlier and more helpful, rather than letting them display poor customer service.
