They have a full vegan menu here but also sell meat versions of the dishes. Their cucumber kimchi is also vegan which is nice. I've had the tofu in bulgogi sauce, vegan kimbap, and korokke and it was all very yummy.
Love the owners, very peaceful and the food is such a comfort. Nice crunch on all the frying too! Definitely recommend the pickled radish. Also the sushi is very very good for the price, definitely my favorite place in Corvallis. The building is a little small though, but that is no fault of the owners.
This place is by far my favorite in Corvallis! There hasn't been a single time that I felt like it was not worth every penny. The food is amazing, the stuff is lovely, the owners are kind and dedicated at their craft. I'm grateful this place exists, and I can't recommend it enough! (I mean, I'm on my 7th loyalty card!)
