Twice I’ve been to pick up take out orders from this location and I was told that they’re working on my order, only to find out 20+ mins later that my order had been sitting there ready the whole time. Food was like warm and soggy by that time. Rating 2 stars since they at least got the order correct. Oh and the old lady who works there told me not to come back after I tried explaining how they can try to fix that so people don’t wait unnecessarily.

The chicken always loses its skin. It's nowhere as good as the KFC'S in the south

Javon provided the best customer service! It was my first time at KFC & now it won’t be my last! The food was fresh made & came out hot! Super happy with my meal today after an awful two days. Thank you!

There is a guy that works the drive-thru who literally carries this place. His name may be Javon. He’s always super helpful and positive. He deserves the 5-star review and a raise.

These guys are absolutely amazing. The manager Morgan is awesome. Very professional and treats you as if you're family. I've been coming here regularly everyday for my lunch for a few months and I always feel so welcomed here. Nothin but respect to the manager and the employees here. Great place and very well ran by the manager 🙂🙏💯

All Staff worked well together. Reasonable wait time considering the online orders were big & one after another.
Restrooms & dinning areas were clean and looked sanitized.

This store has to be investigated. I ordered a 8 piece chicken (4 drum and 4 thigh) for nearly $35. The skin is soggy and greasy. Highly deem that they reheat my chicken with a microwave. It tastes more awful than Safeway or Winco’s $5 deli fried chicken, plus two of the chicken are damn RAW. Didn’t you know that raw chicken may cause decease and cost consumer to get sick or put their life in danger? What a shame. Yewwwwww the most nasty fried chicken I ever had. Microwave raw chicken for $35. Everyone get away from this place. Absolutely illegal. Even now the chicken thigh is still chirping.

I always try to be patient with food service workers as I know it’s not easy dealing with customers. I’ve only eaten at this location a handful of times each year, yet every single time they manage to get my order wrong and take FOREVER. This last time was the final straw as they straight up forgot half of our order which was about 20$ worth of food and wouldn’t answer the phone after i called 3 time. I sympathize with fast food workers, I really do, however this location has been consistently disappointing for the last few years and has been notorious for bad service as far as i remember, just look at the reviews. They have a sign on their front counter saying all customers must check their order before leaving because i suppose their workers aren’t competent enough, this location is an absolute joke, I suppose next they’ll put up a sign saying you have to wash up and make your own food before we finally get good service from this place.

Ordered in store a 7 pc at 6:56 PM, was told it might be 20 minute wait. Returned at 7:45 and told our order is not even visible yet in their prep cue.. Was told it will be at least another 45 min wait, and no guarantees..So at least 95 minute wait for 7pcs and no guarantee it will be ready then
Sadly, the staff is way overwhelmed for the situations and super stressed which further impacts their work, including very poor customer attitudes towards customers. Staff is pointing to the ordering system for long waits well over one hour. This does not reflect well for KFC and especially the current crew. Perhaps one solution is to prioritize in store orders.
Note during this entire period we saw few orders being filled through drive through or front counter..There was also little noticeable cooking or order filling activity during this hour plus wait..After an hour wait, we asked for a refund..Seems so odd for KFC known for prompt service to have such long lapses in execution.

ordered on the mobile app, app says it would be ready at 3:33 pm. I arrived at 3:45 pm to an empty lobby and no one in the drive thru. Still waited 10 minutes for my mobile order because they had NO CHICKEN MADE. I was late to my pick up and they still didn't have anything ready. this happens A LOT, not just to me but to my friends who order here as well. I order on the app so they can get it prepared so that I do not have to wait. they are never prepared, even when they have 0 customers.

We grabbed $40.10 worth of chicken at the Corvallis KFC last night, at 8:15 PM, for a family gathering. Nobody could gag it down when we got home. Nasty aftertaste, like very old oil. Too late to drive 30 mins last night to return it, the place was closed by then, so we threw it in the fridge and I attempted to exchange it for edible chicken after work today. The Corvallis restaurant refused to exchange it for edible chicken. So I left the skunky chicken there and called KFC corporate to describe what happened. The best they said they could do was a $20 voucher to be mailed in a week or so. So we are out $20 and no food for the grandkids when they arrive today. KFC in general, and the Corvallis KFC in particular, no longer on our list of acceptable dining options.
