Writing this review while still waiting more than 30 minutes for food. Horrible, terrible place. Never go here. Worst experience I’ve had in quite some time, not just at a restaurant, but in general. I wish I could give negative stars.

At 5pm I got to drive through window only to find it would be 30 minutes before any bone in chicken would be ready. No apology and no alternative given.

DO NOT ORDER HERE If I could give this place zero stars, I would all I was doing was picking up a DoorDash order. They told me it was gonna be a 12 minute wait it ended up being about an hour with all the workers yelling at me and telling me to just leave When I was willing to wait for the order but they just wanted to be rude because they were overwhelmed and clearly can’t handle working in fast food plus no managers.

Twice I’ve been to pick up take out orders from this location and I was told that they’re working on my order, only to find out 20+ mins later that my order had been sitting there ready the whole time. Food was like warm and soggy by that time. Rating 2 stars since they at least got the order correct. Oh and the old lady who works there told me not to come back after I tried explaining how they can try to fix that so people don’t wait unnecessarily.

These guys are absolutely amazing. The manager Morgan is awesome. Very professional and treats you as if you're family. I've been coming here regularly everyday for my lunch for a few months and I always feel so welcomed here. Nothin but respect to the manager and the employees here. Great place and very well ran by the manager 🙂🙏💯
