Seems terribly short-staffed, it's hard to get someone's attention at the counter. Long wait times and poor communication. My party was waiting on a single sandwich for 30 minutes, and by the time we got it the rest of our food had gone cold and soft. New manager Dominic seemed confused and unable to coordinate staff.Counter staff was courteous but obviously overwhelmed.If you do dine here, be prepared for a long wait and be sure to double check your order before leaving - the employees sure won't.

I like KFC even though my famous bowl was made fresh it was kind of watered down potatoes not as much meat hardly any cheese I wasn't as pressed this time normally I really like it

40 bucks for what I purchased, was absurd! The only thing they got right after 30-45 min wait! Then... They ask me what my order was!!!! And when you ask for extra crispy?..... Just don't. You will be there all night!I will never eat there again!!??

this store is WEIRD. The vibe often dysfunctional and there are huge hiccups in communication. employees are always oversharing acting straight up disturbed. idk what the heck twilight zone episode im in. im not saying dont go, im saying be prepared to be slightly unsettledWheelchair accessibility: everything is flat

The manager that was working tonight at about 7:12 was very very very very unprofessional with an employee and very very very very disrespectful and rude when customers said something to try and make employee feel better due to manger being rude and disrespectful the manager then turned on customer and started being rude and disrespectful to the customer just because you are are a manager does not give you the right to mistreat your employees and embarrassed them in front of customersThe employee was on lunch at the time of this incident the manager told the employee since she isn't at her station go ahead clock in from lunch and then clock out for the rest of the shift since you aren't at your station however with this employee being on lunch she didn't have to at her station what this manager did trying to make employee work on there lunch break is against Oregon lawNow as a customer witnessing this if this problem is not dealt with and the manager does not face consequences I will go as high as I have to go to make sure that something is doneI will honestly say this person should not be a manager and it's disgusting and a disgrace and a huge disappointment and an embarrassment for kfc owners

Kfc at Corvallis is horrible. I was there a few days ago, trying to get lunch. They said they wouldn't have any chicken until half hour later because there was no chef.I went their again today with the coupons I have received in my mails 2 weeks ago. They have a sign says they don't participate these coupons. I live in Corvallis and the coupons were mailed to me from Kfc.NEVER EVER eat at Kfc Corvallis again!!!

Tables were dirty, hard to get the staff's attention. Second time we have been in and couldn't order what we wanted because they didn't have enough chicken dew to door dash orders. The time of dining in a fast food restaurant is over.

The manager should honestly be fired the way she treats her employees. I was there around 7 and she was being extremely rude to her new employee that didn't quite know their job. It's not the employees fault it's the person training them! You! So if you can't adequately train your employees, then maybe you should have someone else do it. When I defended the new employee the manager had an attitude with me. Took all my will power to walk away and not smack her

I was driving through Corvallis and stopped for gas. The KFC was close to the gas station, so decided to go in for a quick lunch. There was not an employee serving the dine-in customers. A woman serving the drive-thru told me a couple of times she would be with me as soon as she could. I waited 15 minutes before she took my order. I would have left but I didn't know what else was around. I heard her yell 2 drive-thru customers they were out of chicken strips, but thought they might have some in the fryer ready to come out by the time I ordered, but no. So I ordered nuggets. While I waited two young men who looked like high school students came in and left after no one acknowledged them for ten minutes. I guess they were short handed. If I pass through Corvallis again, I'll give the KFC another try, but if the service hasn't improved, it will be my last time.

For the amount KFC is charging you they should at least get the order right. It was obvious they couldn't read the receipt with the order. We didn't get a mix of chicken. We ordered half original and half extra crispy. The chicken was drowning in grease in the bucket. They forgot how to count on the biscuits. We only received 3 instead of 4. The chicken nuggets, some of them were not even nuggets. We also ordered KFC sauce for the nuggets and got ranch instead. The customer service was friendly however attention to detail and getting a customer's order right should be important especially when the order is close to $50. Always check you order before leaving the vicinity. We failed to do so this time! Gone downhill is putting it mildly.
