I love the bagels here. I think they rotate between spreads available, but they typically have hummus and guacamole available, which can be topped with different vegetables. When I went, there was a tofu spread on the menu and it was great with vegetable toppings!! I will definitely be coming back here.

I really enjoyed the bagel I ordered (jalapeño cheddar with homey sriracha spread), and the premise of being able to get day old bagels at a discount is really nice. Also the space is huge, with plenty of seating. Great atmosphere.

Kinetic Bagel is my favorite work spot in Corvallis. They have solid internet, the space is warm and inviting, the bagels are awesome, staff are welcoming, and they have the best coffee in town. And the Sriracha Honey spread is 🔥.

The food options in Corvallis are unfortunately quite hit-or-miss, with the “grab-n-go” breakfast options leaning more toward “miss.” Thankfully, Kinetic Bagel Institute can be solidly placed in the “hit” category. Bagels made in house, generous portioning on the spreads, and solid hot drinks combine to make for a solid breakfast experience. My only criticism is that they aren’t open every day :)
Best bagels in town! The garlic one is so good, and so much garlic it needs double bagged or your kitchen smells amazing! Bonus - it is one of the few places in town you can hear yourself think while sitting and talking with friends.
