I miss Le Patissier! No other bakery in the PNW comes even close to their high standards and dedication to authentic French cafe experience. I noticed the reduced hours. Hope all is well.
The pastries are SO good and we've gotten them to go many times. We finally got to try the crepes and other food on a Saturday morning. The aubergine dish is amazing!!! I would eat it every day. The crepes noisette and the mixed berry crepe were also excellent. The danishes are the best in town. They often sell out and close well before the posted closing time, so get there early and be prepared to wait patiently in line, it's well worth it.
This place is a treat, when I come to or through Corvallis, provided its on the right day and not too late as many items sell out quickly.
