Super nice staff. Had to run in for my son to go potty. It was really busy and I felt bad. But the dude (I wish I knew his name I wanna say Jay? Bigger fellow with long braided hair, great tunes) Jay helped us out and made us feel welcome.

I do the drive threw.I always get an Egg McMuffin with Sausage. Or chicken nuggets 10 piece with sweet and sour.Im on oxygen so it's easier for me to stay in my car. When I used to go in I was always treated nice.and everyone was very respectful.

I honest to God don't remember going here which means it was probably good!
There's a lot of orders going through some days I feel like there isn't enough staff You have to wait a while. And if you order online and park for curbside pickup you don't get your money back when they don't have anything that you ordered so I ordered a large mocha I paid for an extra shot I paid to add caramel and I'm told sorry we don't have it can I get you a coffee well that's like a dollar. Just be warned if you pay online you may not get everything you paid for.

Almost every time we go to this McDonalds, our order is messed up or we’re missing something. We even went to get a replacement meal after they messed up our order so bad and we were still missing something after waiting 40+ minutes for the order to be made. We are done going to this McDonalds and will stick with 9th street from now on. This McDonalds is awful and full of lazy employees.

Ordered through the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes to get our food. But, when we got it, it was the complete wrong order. When we went inside, there was another customer who hadn't gotten their order and turns out it was the order we had gotten. Instead of remaking the order for them as they should have, they just handed her the same bag we had gotten. Waited another 40 minutes to get our order, no receipt was given the entire time we were there and zero compensation for waiting as long as we did. Most workers were not doing any of the correct steps for the food, and most of them were just goofing off. By far the worst McDonald's in Oregon that I've seen so far
