My wife and I went to this McDonalds on 9th in Corvallis today and I ordered a large fry and a large coffee. When we got down the road a ways and opened the bag, there was a large fry container inside with maybe a medium sized portion of fry's at best inside the container. I expect for $5.09 (and that price is outrageous) for that container to be full. When you put fry's in a container, you squeeze the cardboard container open to fill it. Usually, I would go park the car and go back in and get this squared away but, this time, I'm down the road and not going back. I've been reading about restaurants cutting back on portion size to save money well, I just experienced that first hand today. I don't go to McDonalds much anyway so, it's going to be very easy for me to just keep moving on down the road to find a better restaurant. Sorry McDonalds, Maybe, I should of gotten a Happy Meal instead.

Absolutely nobody ever came to the counter to help... All they have are the self check in kiosks and it's almost impossible to find two simple breakfast burritos with mild sauce.... So I went to the counter and nobody ever came to the counter so I just left...... McDonald's is losing business because of this particularly this location.

A few days ago, I placed an order through the McDonald’s app for two $5 meal deals, both with no cheese and no pickles, but both burgers came with cheese. I called the store and spoke with Sydney, who told me to come back through the drive-thru and ask for her so they could fix it.

Before returning, my mom asked me to pick up her mobile order. Since I was already going back, I agreed. I went through the drive-thru with her code while my boyfriend went inside to handle my order, since this McDonald’s usually makes customers re-enter the drive-thru for changes.

At the window, Sydney told me they were instructed not to fix my order because “this happens every time.” Which is untrue — I only return when an order isn’t made correctly. It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to fulfill orders as requested.

I called the supervisor, Kate, whose number I had from a previous issue where I got a burger that was just buns and ketchup no burger, I had asked the other McDonald’s for this McDonald’s supervisor. The Supervisor told me I needed to drive back home (10–15 minutes away) to retrieve the incorrect burgers before they could fix them. As a 17-year-old with emotional regulation challenges, I became overwhelmed and cried while explaining that was unreasonable.

When I went back to the window, Sydney refused to fix my order or give me my mom’s, claiming she couldn’t identify it. Only after my mom described her order in detail did they finally hand it over. My boyfriend later overheard Kate telling Sydney, “Just give them hamburgers, not double cheeseburgers,” which is not what I paid for.

Although the manager, Ben, has always been professional, I was later told by Sydney that I am “not allowed to be served” because I was “hysterical and almost hit the crosswalk island,” which is false. I’ve been served since without issue.

This ongoing situation has been stressful, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I’ve made every effort to communicate respectfully, but the dismissive behavior from certain staff members has made that difficult.

They got our order wrong and it seems like the portions are getting smaller and the price is getting higher

Thanks for reminding me why I don't get fast food anymore. $8.00 for two McDoubles is outrageous.

Went for dinner and the fries were cold and salty tasted like they’ve been sitting for hours. Nuggets were also really cold.

McDonald's has staff that moved from 3rd Street over to 9th Street after firings in part of harassment. I just got kicked out tonight as the same manager that like to close early close again at 11:00 tonight while you're posted online and on the door front till midnight. She also did not have my permission to pull my phone off of the extension as I was outside on the sidewalk smoking and it was not plugged in powered up however when she handed it to me it was powered up inappropriate.

So, we had a horrible experience today. First, we went through the drive through, and were told to wait on the side while our food was prepared. While my wife waited, I went inside to order something else. The problem was that I had to order using a kiosk. The kiosk insisted that my order be in store rather than take out. No employee could make the change in the kiosk order, so it took extra long to have my order for takeout. When I was coming out, my wife was getting back in line for the drive through, because they forgot her ice cream cone. After waiting another long cycle, she was only served a half portion of ice cream cone, and when she expressed concern, she was told that what she received was the correct portion, even though we have been buying ice cream cone there for years, and this was the only time the portion was wrong. And this is for something on the menu at $2.99. Disappointed is an understatement.

When I walked in, half of the machines were down. No milkshakes, no mochas, or frappes. There were ants crawling on my hand from a drinking fountain not being used. I ordered a smoothy with 1/5 of it missing. Did someone drink it, or didn’t bother to fill it up all the way. My friend ordered a burrito and got the wrong one. Overall just a bizarre experience. I don’t doubt that these people are good genuine workers. Maybe it’s just management. Hope things get better.

went there today and cannot believe the treatment I received. story short, staff was rude and the main gal I was dealing with started talking about me to the other staff and when I told her I could hear her and how unprofessional it was I got ignored. they didn't even give me the right receipt when I asked to speak with the manager, they were conveniently not available and refused to give me their name. I wonder if the company even reviews these complaints cause if so, it's enough to shut them down or do a mass firing and rehiring. My experience for me was bad enough that I have already contacted Corporate and my attorney. my experience and others on here should never happen. If these people aren't happy with their job then find one that does, don't take it out on the paid customers, were all humans and deserve to be treated with respect, if you need to learn those skills take some time and talk to your grandparent, great grandparents who know what it is like back in their teenage days.
