Food is always wrong or super dry.
They always fluff their fries so youre always paying for a medium even though you get a large.
Drive through employees always have a attitude. They never wear gloves. They get your order wrong. And they pull me over to the side every single time I order two meals.
Nothing is ever ready or made correctly
I went in this morning and the tables were filthy and all the staff were standing around talking while the line outside was long... is this why we all always get pulled over ? Due to them playing around and standing around talking... morning shift and night shift seems to be the worst of the bunch
the restaurant is always a mess.
And I saw a girl going in and out from outside without washing her hands dealing with the fries on morning shift.

This McDonald's is by far the worst location I've ever visited. When I placed my oder at the box I gave the order taker my mobile app code which was supposed to give me $0.29 pancakes when purchasing another pancake, so I also ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes. When I got to the first window the boy did not greet me, and made me pay for the wrong order. When I got to the second window and the mistake was realized I was told I would have to be refunded for the wrong order and then pay for my original order (the wrong order was $7.87 and my correct order was $8.64, the difference seems neglibible for the amount of incovenience I experienced). All the while my food was getting cold. When the manager got back with my card and I received my food, I noticed my set of just pancakes were missing. When I brought this to the employees attention I was told they would have to charge me again for the extra hotcakes since the order taker did not include them on the order. In the end I got my order refunded and left with no food. This McDonalds gets things wrong 90% of the time but this was my final straw. The management really needs to get their employees under control.

Dry fish filets, and $17 for a meal with extra sandwich. When did McDonald's get as expensive as Tacovore? That's crazy expensive for fast food. Not again.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s on 9th Street. I went in with my family, including my child who has autism, and we ordered two Happy Meals through the mobile app. Unfortunately, the app wasn’t working correctly, and when I asked for help, the staff — including a manager named Bree, a woman in a gray shirt with tattoos and glasses, a young girl (likely a high school student) with heavy makeup, and a guy with curly hair — were completely unprofessional and aggressive.
Rather than assisting us calmly, they raised their voices, yelled around my children, and ganged up on us as a team. The young girl even yelled “bye-bye” at me in a mocking tone, and the curly-haired employee was recording us on his phone. To top it off, we never received the Happy Meals we paid for, and it appeared that the staff helped themselves to food instead.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a family with a neurodivergent child who deserves compassion and calm communication. I’m deeply disappointed with how this location handled the situation and the lack of basic customer service and respect. This team clearly needs better training and accountability.

Today I experienced the worst customer service, the employees were very rude when I asked for a sweet and sour sauce so I could leave and refused to hand it over. And continue to mock me and my sisters I cannot believe how rude obnoxious and disgusting they were being. I will never step foot in McDonald’s I will never order anything from there again if any of the GMAs or managers at McDonald’s see this which I hope they do. HIRE better people and if you do HIRE kids at least make sure they respect you first 🙃

Godawful customer experience, rude staff, losing track of drive through; I’m appalled this store is open. Staff overhaul seems necessary, they can’t even remember a double drive thru though line with 4 cars in it? They’re skipping cars left and right and sitting people at the order stations for 20+ minutes before of the lack of short term memory between the team. I worked food service just like this for two years, more than 40+ hrs a week, I’m more than understanding, and not quick to judge. This is just embarrassing though, wildly.

We ordered 40 chicken nuggets and they rang it in as 4 10 piece nuggets. When we were in the drive-thru we asked if they still group nuggets in 20s and they said no. We went in because I know 40 nuggets don’t regularly cost $25.16 and could see on the board a 20 piece for $8.99 and 40 for $16.79. It didn’t even seem that busy but the manager had a crappy attitude and was annoyed they would have to do a refund said it’s our fault for ordering it wrong. They did refund us for the extra $8.37 they charged but she rudely said she would take some of the sauces back not that we even care about having them we just had to go back out to our car for her just to throw them in the garbage right in front of us. Couldn’t help but laugh.
On our way out when we were walking away said it was our fault again for ordering it wrong when word for word we just said 40 nuggets.

Slow service and then as I am choking on foot I get told if I want a water it will be 75 cents. Never coming back. And this is after I paid $24 for a meal.
At times things may not be done correctly but we can fix some and walk on a long way. Have a better day be happy and smile for miles. Courtyard by the Marriott is where our NFL team and musicians like to stay in the Corvallis way of life which is why yours is open 24/7 so we can feed the team no matter where we go.
