So steamed white rice. I went for lunch and had the most disappointing Mexican food I've ever had, and I tried sanchos on monroe when it was open. The only flavor was cheddar cheese. I had a chicken enchilada and chile relleno. There was no flavor anywhere. It was 18$, just for me, for lunch, and it was the blandest mexican food I've ever had and I'm mad about the steamed rice. For the price I would not recommend. Nice people, terrible food. It reminds me if Shari's served Mexican food. Straight from the freezer or cisco to your plate.Edit: It's been two hours and I'm still angry. I could have bought a microwave meal that would have been cheaper and better tasting. Also, the taste of cheddar cheese may haunt me now.

They have become my go-to local Mexican restaurant. Great food, good portions, reasonable prices. They are super friendly and the place is very clean and orderly. Not sure why they're not packed 24/7. Highly recommend the shredded beef Flautas.

Our favorite Mexican food in the Corvallis area. Occasionally we make the trip from Lebanon just to eat there. Servers are always friendly and the food is always top-notch.

This evening we enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service at Mexico Lindo in Corvallis. The atmosphere with soft background music was very pleasant. There also is a beautiful Christmas display in the restaurant. We will definitely eat there again.

I was a tourist in Corvallis, and as someone from Mexico, I was particularly disappointed with the margaritas and the food. The margaritas didn't taste like tequila, and the mixer was very bad. I arrived around 8:10 pm, and they informed me that they would only take my order for takeout since they were closing at 8:30 pm. I consider this to be poor service. My friend, a resident of Corvallis, ordered a tostada, and the guacamole looked already old. I was very disappointed with the scheduling, the service, and the quality. I cannot recommend this place.
Paid 10$ for a tiny kid burrito that just fell apart for my kid. Not great.

Decor was charming and it was clean. Beef tacos with filling that was ground beef and unidentifiable carrier. Beans were pureed and flavorless. Salsa didn't remedy either. Server was preoccupied. Eaten here once before with similar results. Tried again on chance first time was a fluke, nope.

Run do not stop here!!!!If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!Took forever to even take our order.Food was an F minus. I would have gotten more ordering 2 tacos at Taco Bell than I did spending 20 bucks per salad.Only ordered salads and it took longer to get them than someone who came in and ordered after us.Not once the whole meal from seating to leaving did anyone fill my empty water glass.And to top it all off nothing was made fresh in house.
