New Morning Bakery was once one of my favourite places in town to eat. I have a number of serious food allergies and intolerances, and I loved that I could customize my sandwich to exclude elements which could make me dangerously ill. Now they have taken the option for custom sandwiches away, making it not a safe place for me (or others with allergies or intolerances) to eat. I am very disappointed in this, and am making this review in hopes they will reconsider this mistake and once again offer custom sandwiches.

Food was kinda meh and can't get it without cheese. There was only one barista which seems bad since every order had coffee. It's a fine place, just better options in the area that don't require dealing with the foot traffic in this spot. I can see why other people would enjoy it. Service/politeness from staff was excellent.

30 years ago, I would have given the Bakery 5 stars, but the quality seems less than that and the counter service was a little chaotic if I am being honest. They kept asking if we needed anything else and the line was long, so we couldn’t see the pastries. The folks were rang up in front of us which made check out even more chaotic. It’s a downtown institution and I will always visit.

Best bakery in Corvallis (or surrounding towns). Love all of their food items.

Wonderful bakery and coffee shop. Baked goods are among the best in town. Deli goods are great and a good selection. On-street parking and a public parking lot across the street.

Casual place, plenty of tables, delicious food! Will return soon.

This has to be one of the best morning restaurants and bakery I have visited. The baked goods looked amazing and were to die for. Don't miss this eatery!

Excellent service, outstanding delivery person (Lee), and delicious food. P.S. Give Lee a raise because he is a great salesperson and all around wonderful human.

The coffee was great. But when I got back to my hotel room to enjoy my cinnamon roll, there was a long hair in it. Very disappointing.

Great place for coffee and homemade pastries. (Excellent pecan rolls!)

Pretty good but expensive.

Good food. Lemon poppyseed muffin was dry but still good. The croissant wasn’t impressive but the cheese and turkey filling inside of it was. I had a bite of a cinnamon roll that was practically perfect. The hazelnut coffee is delicious. So overall the food definitely has its ups and downs. But the server was very nice and the atmosphere is unmatched with subtle ambient lighting and artwork on the walls. I also really appreciate the dedicated water spout for the water drinkers. Definitely give this place a try!
