Generally good. I go there a few times per month. Of late the coffee smells nice but is watery. The coffee lacks "body". They seem to be skimping on the grounds or not brewing correctly. Their sausage egg cheese roll was a large meal. A bit expensive. Their forte in the past has been cakes and cookies. Their Nanimo Bars are to kill for...5?. They appear to need some more aggressive culinary managers to get out of the Corvallis rut...aka blandness and lack of creativity. They are too expensive with not enough attention to quality. Plus, they want a tip for getting the food to a tray, while we bus our own orders and dishes. What next? We wipe the tables as well?

The food isn't as good since it changed ownership years ago, but it's still a great, Corvallisy place to meet!

The chocolate croissant I had was good as have been the other desserts I've had in the past. They no longer have WiFi though which is disappointing.During my visit today, I was pleased to see that wifi is back!!

Focacia was okay. Bread was a little thick and hard to cut with a knife even, but it was tasty. I would have loved to have had a sandwich but the ones that I wanted had pork in them. I don't do pork.
I wish I would have taken pictures of the inside they use indirect lighting in a way that's really inviting. Their breakfast is great the lasagna is awesome and I picked up this assortment of different bars for a gift basket for Christmas for less than 15 bucks all this homemade

I love the bakery but I have to say I was going to buy some of the peanut brittle but I just couldn't because it was in a single-use plastic container and I really wish we could get away from those kind of products. Hopefully if enough people feel the same there can be change.

It's best to go during brunch time and get the meat and cheese croissants heated up. Also the best place to go with a date or friend. It is cheap enough for groups to go and split dishes to try more. Soup has been okay in the past. The desserts are pretty good as well. I don't get the food in the case (lasagna/mac and cheese) premaid meal types that get reheated) after 1 pm, just a general rule. Definitely get the rewards! I do not suggest flavored lemonade in summer - no real fruit. It's a great place like any other it has its good things and things I'm not a fan of, but it also depends on what your personal preference is! Doesn't hurt to try it! Go enjoy!
