Ordered general tso’s chicken, for two, through door dash. Not only did the food arrive cold, wildly cold. It was rubbery, inedible \u0026 even the white rice was inedible. Also, the portions were NOT as described. I was disappointed on almost every level. Please support a better local business than this one.

Was unable to place my order online, or by phone, so I drove there to order in person. Found it closed, during hours posted as open. No notice, on their website, phone system, or on the storefront. I can't even say if they're even still in business, but today they lost mine.

Food was inedible. The mapo tofu was slimy and the only flavor was of red chili- nothing appealing. Crab puffs tasted like the crab had gone bad and came with no dipping sauce. The spring rolls were ok- but soggy on the inside. I took one bite of everything and the rest went in the trash. Totally turned my stomach. Wish I could have gotten my money back but ordered through DoorDash.

Used to be the best place to eat cheap in Corvallis, amazingly good *HOT POT*... but that was taken off the menu and nothing else stands up to it. Why even keep the place called Number One Hot Pot if there is no hot pot... don’t go, it’s not worth your time.

It's smells like Top Ramen in here. Like distinctly top ramen seasoning. Cook glared at me from kitchen window (I was here an hour before close). Weird.... Food was OK. Not that great. I really wanted to like everything here more than I did. ? It's such a bummer cause this is my favorite type of food. But this was mediocre.
They take way too long to fill orders it's like they only have one person working in the back I just waited over 20 minutes for a to-go order not happy

Very bad experience. Clerk had no idea at all what he was doing. He was not trained properly, and wasn't able to charge people with the computer. We didn't get all of our food, and the cooks were not able to help the clerk so pretty much nobody knew how to do their jobs unfortunately. Me and one other person had to help the clerk figure out how to use the system so we could actually pay instead of just walking out without paying. Food was a bit cold by the time it was all over.

Number one hot pot? Number 7 at best. I ordered the teriyaki chicken over rice and received a few pieces of chicken next to a pile of rice and a larger portion of unseasoned vegatables. There was not enough sauce and I was surprised they did absolutely nothing to season the vegatables. Very disappointing.

Horrible service!.I made my order over the phone around 7:37pm and the lady told me it would take 30 minutes or so for them to deliver it to my house. My order arrived at 9:12pm, cold, NO rice and the sauce all over the place. Called the restaurant but they were closed. Not buying from this place again!.
