So… this is an interesting one. The service is wonderful. The decor is neat. It’s clean, good ambiance, etc. But the food I tried was (mostly) downright terrible.
The famous pop tart wasn’t half bad actually. A bit too sweet, but it is what it is. My chicken sandwich? Looked nice from the outside but not only was the chicken so dry and overcooked it was basically chalky, it was also incredibly bland. The sauce on the sandwich too thin and watery. The only saving grace was the bun.
The potatoes? Again, look beautiful. Then raw inside. Nothing worse than raw potatoes.
My partner’s eggs Benedict was bland too. The hollandaise visually nice but really unbalanced. The cook on the eggs off too. And the muffin soggy.
It’s funny, there’s cookbooks of Thomas Keller on the shelves. Yet this place could be at best be described as a Temu version of Bouchon.

Good spot for breakfast. The staff are great, the food is solid(the fried potatoes are the best) atmosphere is chill. We had a pop tart finally, amazing little treat. Will be back!

A bit overpriced for what you get.
Ordered the brunch Burger special.
Shoestring fries cold and limp but tasty.
Server was friendly enough.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I forgot this place was bad and wanted to leave a review so I don't forget and go here again.
They over-peppered everything to the detriment of their food. I personally hate pepper so I may be biased, however my mom loves pepper and her biscuits and gravy was so full of black pepper it was inedible to her. The bacon was peppered, they even put a sprinkle of some spices on their sourdough toast for some reason (?). The sourdough toast was stale...not just toasted, but actually stale. Eggs were good, home fries were good but not salty enough. Their ketchup is fancy organic ketchup from Portland and it tastes weird to someone used to Heinz. No one in my party of 4 really liked their food. No one asked for a box. To top it off, their prices are pretty steep.
It wasn't super busy, we ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down, and then waited a good 35-40 minutes. Ran out of time in the 1 hr paid parking meter even though we are fast eaters.
Atmosphere is fairly decent, but cold and a bit loud.
Also the water both times I've come here had stuff floating in it. They leave a jug at your table and the water is visibly not clean.

The service was OUTSTANDING! I got the “Brunch Burger” with their house made fries. The burger came with an over easy egg which was cooked to perfection.
Muahhhhhhh Chefs Kiss!!!

20 minute wait and I'm waiting in front of 5 open tables.
After seating a couple that came in 10 minutes after we did the hostess gave me a grin and walked away. I walked out. I'm sure the food is good but the service was horrible.
Our new favorite breakfast spot in Corvallis! Love the open kitchen and the food was absolute fire 🔥 house made pop tarts caught our eye right away and were amazing and I was floored when I was brought a house made hot sauce (habanero carrot. It was perfection).

I loved the salmon hash. This place has indoor and outdoor seating. Good coffee. Building still has the Big River vibe.

Should be renamed Dead Bird! Potatoes overcooked and gone to the grave, a simple veggie sandwich came with tasteless beets and yams without a spice, overcooked as the potatoes, served on bland I toasted sourdough. Thoroughly disappointing. Server was the only redeeming factor. This bird has seen it's day.
