The food sucked. I'm sorry. I hadn't had it on years so I was so looking forward to it. First we got a very young girl. Vibrant employee. She was nice. Attentive. Nothing bad to say about her other than she was super skimpy on her portion size and we got stuff we had to pay extra for and she put mostly veggies when we wanted more protein. If I'm paying extra for it, I expect a decent scoop at least! Then the cashier wasn't very pleasant. And then we sat to eat and the food was so bad. The noodles are different and like angel hair now? Iidl when that happened, but we didn't like it or how oily it was. Orange chicken was mostly breading than chicken and small crunchy pieces and less chicken. The fried rice was bland. The cream cheese wontons we soggy! So gross. And the sweet red sauce is in packets now?! It tastes horrible! All on all we will never be going back. The only decent part was the music they were playing.

Pandas always a good quick option but this location allows homeless to sit outside and interact with every customer going in and out . Asking for money/food .
We sat in my vehicle waiting for one to leave. He received money from 6 people, never went inside or bought anything. Me and my friends never went inside.

The food is great but the atmosphere is not so good and the service is horrendous. I visited Panda expresses all over the United States and this is definitely the worst I've had. I've gone here three different times, three times. It's been the same. Korilynn (the manager) was Soo difficult to work with. She argued with me about what is included in a meal and what's not even though it's posted right above her in their menu section. She never apologized and finally made the order right after I waited more than 15 minutes sitting in the chairs. I definitely would not recommend this chain.
(Not personal attention to each customer)

Sometimes it’s amazing! Other times it’s okay. Good quick food choice. Sometimes in the evening you have to wait for some more food to be cooked, but the wait isn’t usually long.

We went to the Panda Express on 9th in Corvallis....will not be making that mistake again. We had already made the blunder of getting take out on New Years day. Anyway we order the family meal and 4 eggrolls. We get home notice the distinct lack of eggrolls and instead of driving all the way back we just call in and say hey we never got the eggrolls we ordered. They were initially cool with it and said they would be happy to refund it back to the gift card. I think cool done and done no big deal....boy was I wrong. My husband gets a call today 01-03-2025 saying we need to provide the order number...bit of a hassle but understandable. So I call to give the order number because I have and still have the receipt. I call some girl answers says the person who called us does not work there and when I offer to play the message for her she hangs up on me. As a side note it smells gamey in there like the restaurant smelled weird. Also they served several people ahead of us who came in after us....I mean whats up with that.

Gross rubbery teriyaki chicken. Tasteless rice. To my brain: next time I am hungry, please remember that this is not good food.

Sorry, but a typical panda express, you order your noodles or rice, they toss it to the next person, it sits there until the next person gets it. You should have 1 person take you down the food aisle to complete your order.

Waited in the restaurant more than 20 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. They had my food sitting on the counter for like 10 minutes before bagging it.
Went during a busy time but I didn’t like how they left our food out so long, it got cold

They’d rather fulfill 20 mobile orders before they’re needed before dealing with their line of 20 customers. No one’s here to pick it up yet, so it’s slow slow slow

I thought Panda was fast food. I don’t mind waiting 5 min for an item that they are out of but almost 20 min without any concern or update is something else. When I asked the girl if my half prepared plate was still warm she didn’t answer. No sorry nothing. Just a straight face.

Ordered on the app, food was 30 minutes later than promised. Every walk-in customer ordered and received their food while I waited. When the food was finally handed over, the order was wrong. Shorted us 9 wontons and 3 apple pie rolls. I've never seen a manager in this place. Maybe they should get one...

It pains me to have to change my review on this place because it used to be my favorite. As of last night it is no longer in my list of restaurants. Food was disgusting I actually ordered online and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for my food and I drove all the way from tangent. It should have been done by the time I got there. My friend who was eating with me actually asked me if it was really chicken and tells me his chow mein smelt and tasted like dirt and it was dry. There were no walnuts in the honey walnut shrimp which didn't taste like honey walnut shrimp. An orange chicken was dry and didn't taste like orange chicken it was a complete waste of my $30! I even rounded up for the tip!
