As with all Paneras the Corvallis store was great. I could eat Panera every single day!!! Love the tomato soup, I generally find a different delicious sandwich to dip on it every visit.

Take out but ordered in person. Service was good but the quality has been getting worst with insane prices. Got a whole Fiji apple chicken salad, one of my favorites. Asked for extra dressing and no onions. They remembered the no onions but didn’t give me more dressing so the salad was dry and unless the menu has changed from the last time I got it but they didn’t add any of the cheese crumbles. Was really hoping to enjoy my salad this evening

One of the employees kept saying something or someone was stinky. 4 times I heard it while trying to eat. She didn’t even begin cleaning or anything. Just not very nice environment to enjoy a warm bowl of soup.

The ordertaker was very helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. We ordered take out, but were not notified when our order was ready. (We waited about additional 15 minutes only to discover that our order was already ready) This was probably a miscommunication, but delayed us on our long road trip.

We love this location! We drive through Corvallis often and always make a point to stop here. I love that they have vegetarian options, coffee, and delicious cookies.

Panera was once a weekly+ staple in our household! ☕️🥙🥗 Unfortunately, the quality & service has gone waaay down over the past 10 years while prices have continued to rise.
I would always hesitate to recommend 🧜🏼♀️ “a different, well known coffee chain” given the political status, but if you want more consistent service, I would say go there instead of Panera.
The staff helped me with some disdain & I figured it might just be their demeanor (I know many folks don’t present outwardly friendly due to neurodivergence or rbf, including many of my friends) but after I was serviced and leaving feeling like a nuisance, the same staff member was VERY enthusiastically & loudly engaged in telling another coworker a story.
Given that Corvallis is a college town, it could be that the staff might be younger and not as experienced on how their lack of friendliness affects business. However, with the rise of online ordering, there unfortunately may not be a need of counter staff in the future anyway. 🤷🏻 I would prefer to speak to a human vs. a computer any day! 🙌🏽
