Seems pizza dough recipe is not the same, it's OK but not great. Still, my go to for easy fast food as decent toppings, price point, for the just don't have time or energy for home cooked meal nite.

Ordered two large pizzas with regular crust and vegetarian. Had a white sauce that tasted terrible was like eating paste. We only ate two slices of the whole pizza and threw the rest

If you want to go for pizza and have a small commute, pickup your pizza here and get home and put your pizza selection in 450 degrees oven for 11 to 12 minutes and you have "homemade" , delicious and HOT pizza slices to consume at home.We recommend Papa's Special pizza (mmmm...mmmm...Good) and Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza for a different spin but so Good! Also good cold or warmed up the next day!

This Papa Murphy's poisoned me and the owner refused a refund and hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue.I ordered a gluten free pizza(I have celiac disease) and they gave me a regular pizza. They do not mark the prepared pizza in any way to indicate whether it is gluten free or not so I had no idea it contained my allergen until after eating the pizza and experiencing intestinal bleeding the following days. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and they confirmed that the pizza they served me was NOT gluten free. The man on the phone was very apologetic for the mistake and assured me the owner would take this problem seriously and call me back. The owner, Annie, left me a voicemail stating they will only refund/replace my order if I was able to bring it back to the store. Annie also claimed to have an audio recording of my call-in order in which I 'confirmed' the pizza not to be gluten free. During the call, I asked for gluten free pizza(which comes in medium only) and the man taking my order replied 'medium right?' And I said yes, because a gluten free pizza IS a medium pizza at Papa Murphy's. Because I know I did in fact order gluten free pizza, I explained to Annie that I was having difficulty believing I wouldn't have said gluten free when ordering, after having Celiac for 7 years and saying gluten free daily, I asked if she was able to send me the audio recording or if I could come in and listen to it but Annie cut me off and said she could not do that, said that the recording showed I confirmed a regular pizza, and she would not give me a refund without bringing the pizza back to the store or otherwise she could give me 50% off my next order. I told her I don't think I would want to eat there again and was in the middle of my next question when she hung up the phone on me. She has my phone number, I waited for a call back in case it was accidental but it seems it was not. I will try to file a complaint with the county health and safety department in the hopes of preventing this company from poisoning other customers but I can't think of much else to do.

Was told that my order wasn't here when I arrived and it wasn't in their system either. I was "helped" by the owner who told me my order was at the "other store". It wasn't. She was dismissive and rude so I left. I called the store again about an hour later and asked if my order was ready and the person on the phone said it was there. Not sure where the communication meltdown happened but I will never be supporting this business again the owner doesn't want my money anyways.

Ah yeah, the original take n bake, looking for a pizza that can feed a small size family to a large group of friends with a very reasonable price , this is the place, and especially since all the combinations of your favorite toppings and stuffings...and who doesn't like that???Hey, all the other guys are great too. But this review is not for them, now is it....

I ordered a pizza had it baked found little plastic pieces called not for a refund but for a heads up I have no clue who else is eating what and my pizza was the very last one given out before they closed and they were so focused on it’s impossible for them to make a mistake and they couldn’t refund me my money(which I wasn’t looking for anyway) never been so unhelpful before wouldnt recommend it
