Called to order pizza. Told me 3 different cards didn’t work. So I said cancel order. Called another pizza place & had no problem with an order. I called once to tell them their equipment wasn’t working. No one answered the phone. Suddenly I get a call & some guy screams why have you called me 5 times & hung up. I didn’t call him but once, NOT 5 times!!! I asked if he was the manager he said yes!!! Not only was he rude but not very customer oriented or professional!!! They just lost my business!! I won’t go back ever again. I’ll miss pizza hut but there are other locations!

I ordered carryout through the mobile app and the deals were pretty good! I got a large pepperoni pizza for $9.99! I also grabbed a 20oz soda from in the store after I found out they sold them for only $1.99! That's cheaper than most grocery stores! The deals were pretty worth it and the pizza was pretty good, I still think dominos pizza is probably better but pizza hut is cheaper and still better than little Caesars! Highly reccomend makimg use of the offers on the mobile app!

I'm still waiting on my order. It's been an hour since the app told me it was delivered and nothing has come. I called the store and was told that Door Dash took it. I didn't order through Door Dash. Seems they are using Door Dash to do deliveries. The person at the store claimed they would make it right. As I am writing this the person I talked to at the store knocked on my door and delivered the pizzas. He delivered personal service and a renewed faith in Pizza Hut. He's also responsible for this being a 4 star instead of a 1 star review.

Hey if you guys order delivery, they hand the orders off to door dashers without letting you know. ALSO THEY NEED A PIN WHICH THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Literally argued with me had the worst attitude just so you know he represents you, he represented pizzahut just now and the whole experience was trash, we argued until he finally contacted doordash who insisted I sign for the order. 2024. This is insanity. Way to screw over your own employees too, that guy got your 25% tip, other employees at pizzahut!

I just ordered 3 pizzas on the "Any Pizza, Any Size, Any Recipe for $12 ea. Deal," and when I got home and opened those boxes, I swear I almost didn't want to eat them because they were the Best Damn looking pizzas I have ever gotten from any Pizza Hut. Absolute menu picture quality! The guys working tonight did an Amazing job!! THANK YOU!!

The service is good. The employees are always friendly. The atmosphere is no longer a sit down and dine and eat style at this location. The quality of food is gone down especially their $12 deal something about their crust is kind of funky even 7-Eleven's crust is better. Don't recommend the pan style crust.

Now this was a great deal! Beautiful, large pizza with pan crust, cheese, and 7 toppings, only $22.00 delivered! (including a $4.00 tip to the delivery person, who was exactly on time and very nice!) I got exactly what I expected, it was hot and on time, and it was delicious! Boxer approved!
