Manager is extreamly disrespectful haung up on me bc i took literally one second to look at my phone number bc i have a new phone, food is really greasy, theres no work ethic over the phone or basic respect. And they dont have a diner area you stand in 8 feet of space and watch him walk around super interesting.

Called to order pizza. Told me 3 different cards didn’t work. So I said cancel order. Called another pizza place & had no problem with an order. I called once to tell them their equipment wasn’t working. No one answered the phone. Suddenly I get a call & some guy screams why have you called me 5 times & hung up. I didn’t call him but once, NOT 5 times!!! I asked if he was the manager he said yes!!! Not only was he rude but not very customer oriented or professional!!! They just lost my business!! I won’t go back ever again. I’ll miss pizza hut but there are other locations!

I ordered carryout through the mobile app and the deals were pretty good! I got a large pepperoni pizza for $9.99! I also grabbed a 20oz soda from in the store after I found out they sold them for only $1.99! That's cheaper than most grocery stores! The deals were pretty worth it and the pizza was pretty good, I still think dominos pizza is probably better but pizza hut is cheaper and still better than little Caesars! Highly reccomend makimg use of the offers on the mobile app!

I'm still waiting on my order. It's been an hour since the app told me it was delivered and nothing has come. I called the store and was told that Door Dash took it. I didn't order through Door Dash. Seems they are using Door Dash to do deliveries. The person at the store claimed they would make it right. As I am writing this the person I talked to at the store knocked on my door and delivered the pizzas. He delivered personal service and a renewed faith in Pizza Hut. He's also responsible for this being a 4 star instead of a 1 star review.

Hey if you guys order delivery, they hand the orders off to door dashers without letting you know. ALSO THEY NEED A PIN WHICH THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Literally argued with me had the worst attitude just so you know he represents you, he represented pizzahut just now and the whole experience was trash, we argued until he finally contacted doordash who insisted I sign for the order. 2024. This is insanity. Way to screw over your own employees too, that guy got your 25% tip, other employees at pizzahut!
