I ordered catering at this location for a very large group in person. It was last minute but they were still willing and very friendly and helpful. Rosario and the whole team there were very welcoming from the start. The food was ready on time and pick was made smoothly. 10/10 experience.

Pretty disappointed with Qdoba this time. The brisket birria meat was suuuuper fatty, barely edible. And they really didn’t seem to like putting stuff in my taco or my friend’s bowl… it was like they used a single tablespoon of everything.
Really disappointing compared to how it used to be.

This place is hit and miss. Got a bowl to go for lunch and told the lady behind the counter I wanted white rice and clearly said so, but she scooped up brown rice. I apologized and told her that I wanted white rice. She looked at me annoyed and rudely dumped the brown rice, scooped up a little bit of the white rice and hurriedly continued down the line. My experience with her made for a very awkward interaction. I can understand that maybe I wasn't speaking loud enough, but in a case like that, I suggest that the associates repeat back to the customer what they're asking for so that communication is clear. The person ahead of me asked for a little bit of lettuce and got two scoopfuls of lettuce, whereas I just said I wanted lettuce and I was only given a scoopful, so consistency is also a problem.

Accidentally placed an order here last week (normal location but I was in Salem at the time). I called less than a minute after ordering to cancel and was told by the associate it was canceled. I called again about 10 minutes later to make sure I didn't need to do anything on my end to get my refund and was assured by a second associate that it was all on their end and that I would get refunded in a couple days. Well the charge was posted and no refund over a week later. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me they can't cancel app orders and issue refunds. So both associates lied. Waiting to hear back from corporate but I am beyond frustrated.

Literally miss something every time I order. I usually do pickup and go back in to ask for missing items but I ordered 2 bowls for delivery and literally got half of the things I asked for in each bowl. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s not that hard to read a receipt or screen. Ya’ll are not that busy lmao.

Breakfast is NOT a good time to come in. They use all of their old food that didn't sell from the day before. Dry but somehow still soggy potatoes and limp veggies, yummy.

Great food and service. Just sometimes one of the employees will get really stingy about the food and give you barely anything. I simply ask for but all the other employees give you the correct amount of food.

Parking: Right across the road is feee parking but certain times and fit 3-4 cars
