This is easily the best Chinese cuisine in corvallis. From Americanized dishes to authentic dishes it’s a 10 out of 10 every time. Not to mention the owner is incredibly nice. Best Chinese and best restaurant in all of corvallis. No contest. Anyone going anywhere else is playing themselves.

Sizzling Mongolian Beef and Happy Family (the dish, not the card game) were perfectly cooked. Meat was delicious, shrimp and scallops tasty and properly cooked (which is hard to do), veggies still had the pleasant crunch of freshness without being either raw or mushy. Steamed pork dumpling appetizer was a nice set of well-seasoned bites. Food arrived quickly, had LARGE and aromatic portions of delectable hot food.
