The waitress was great and the food was too. Friendly staff doing a great job. However, the manager Lady is a serious speed bump on the road to good customer service and relations. She is short and rude with customers. Listening to her interactions with the employees she treats them a little worse than she does the customers. My advice is to seriously limit her customer and employee exposure during business hours.

Is this place still open? Ever since restaurants opened back up I haven’t been able to get ahold of them and when we’ve driven by they were closed with no signs outside about covid hours. Was really good when they were open!

Best Mongolian food ever! Great friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and good atmosphere! It's worth the trip, as we live on the coast.
For the first time ever, the food was terrible including the coffee. My daughter wouldn't even touch her food and they offered no solution. Unfortunate, this used to be one of my favorite spots, but when the waitress completely dismissed our complaint, her response was, "I didn't make your food." I will never come back.

Worse customer service we have ever experienced. Walked in and the waitress suggested our party go to another restaurant because the wait will be to long. We decided to wait it out because we love this restaurant. After waiting 15 mins another large party walked up and asked to be seated she told that party they only had to wait 5 mins. They were seated ahead of my group. We went in and asked about how much longer we would be waiting and she stated that she is the only waitress working and she has lots of others she is helping at this time to get a table ready. We decided to go to another restaurant as we are walking away she shouts at us asking if we are leaving because she is just about to get our table ready. As we ask eachother if we want to continue to wait and she than yells at us a heads up would be nice if we are leaving.
