Terrible service from the gal at the register. She was annoyed by simple questions. Most of the games took the tokens and didn't work or were out of order. Pizza had actual puddles of grease making it mushy. I was completely unimpressed. Never going back. The gentleman that was at the register at the end of our visit had a nice smile and had no trouble with simple questions. They may have hope if they can keep him.

I ordered our usual pizza online , picked up pizza and brought it home. It was the wrong pizza and no one could eat it! Normally, I would call to replace it but I ended up just making dinner. I took the pizza back after a few days and asked for the correct one I ordered. I was told there is no manager and I cannot replace it or get a refund even with the online order proof and receipt. 25$ thrown away and a helpless employee who was the original person who gave me the wrong pizza. Management via text did not want to correct mistake and give my family the pizza I ordered. Will not go back ever again! Bad customer service all around :(

I had a great experience around table. The building itself was well renovated oh, I really enjoyed the theme. Definitely feels large party oriented with huge booths and banquet rooms. Great place to take kids for birthday parties I'm sure. Music was great and environment was nice. However when it came to selection, I was disappointed. Price is good on select days, but selection is limited. Arcade is expensive and also limited. Not an alternative for Chucky Cheese by any means, but I also don't think this play meant to be direct competitor. More just for casual pizza night out with family or friends.

Seriously disappointed they have amazing pizza, but customer service sucked! I had 4 games eat our tokens and when I complained they just laughed and said “yeah, that happens.”

Beautiful facility with great amenities! Unfortunately, there are a lot of restaurants in Corvallis, including a number of pizza restaurants. Their pizza is some of the best in the area, and with a great selection of beers on tap, the big screen, and the arcade area, there are still so many other choices in this town to eat and/or drink out. I hope RTP finds a niche in the dining out arena in Corvallis. It definitely deserves more attention from the community than it has so far received.

I love coming here for Tuesday Buffet Night. There is no better deal in town, no better value for the money, and delicious pizza and salad.

We hadn't had Round Table pizza since we moved to Oregon from Yakima 15 years ago, so this was a real treat, even if we did have to drive 75 miles to get there! Alex (our server) made sure we had everything we needed to take us back in time -- it was wonderful. You know someone has done a good job when you cheerfully tip 30%. Keep up the good work -- we'll be back!

Very clean, modern place. Friendly staff, great food. Reasonable prices, good location. Small arcade, several TVs around the place but not too noisy when we were there. Overall, I think we'll go again.

So, I made an online order to be picked up at a certain time. However, due to it being their customer appreciation day, their kitchen was a bit behind. The gentlemen that helped me was sincere, and being that I have worked at a pizza place during a customer appreciation day, I felt his pain. Instead of being frustrated, he offered me a drink while I had to wait the extra 20 to 30 minutes for my order. This was damn good service, in my opinion, and didn't mind waiting the extra minutes (plus it was super fresh). The food business is the most unpredictable. Round Table handled it well to me, and for that, I appreciate.

Having come from California, I was excited to see a Round table opening in Corvallis. I took a few friends to check it out one afternoon and it was a big disappointment. When we got there there weren't that many people in the restaurant but wasn't any staff to take our order. We weren't sure if we had to order at the bar or at the counter - we had to flag down staff to ask what to do. The beer selection is good and local but the food was sub par for what I expected and for the price. It took a long time for the pizza to come out and it was OK. I had their sliders and they weren't anything special - nothing that would make me come back. While we were waiting there were a number of people who showed up and had no idea how to order of what to do, where to sit, or how to order. The place is completely understaffed and it's not a great way to impress potential repeat customers.

First impressions either win or kill your business. 10:00pm Saturday night. Walked in, not a single acknowledgment from anyone. Stood at the ordering counter and watched two workers disappear. Figured I should grab a menu and look so we sat down and collected our thoughts on what to eat. Decided to finally order and walked up to counter.... ghost town. Finally somebody noticed me and mentioned I needed to order at the bar. So I went to the bar to place a pizza order. Told tender what I wanted and he punched the screen a few times with his finger and then said the till wasn't open and walked off. Noticed him back at the original counter I was standing at before. Confused I walked over there again. No notice of needing to continue transaction to other location. Just silence and he disappeared. Mentioned to my wife I was about ready to leave after being there for 10 minutes on the way to the second kiosk. .... at this point I could not care less how the food is... I won't ever return.
