A great place for breakfast that has a few different options like Shirred Eggs which were absolutely great.

A delicious cornerstone of the North Corvallis community. Delicious coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll French toast, it never fails to disappoint.

I went in for a coffee and i got a bad impression and it was sort of awkward. Maybe the roasters sign on the outside should be emphasized less and the restaurant be more emphasized

Food is good, menu is limited, if you want a standard breakfast eggs, potatoes, meat then you have to order all that individually. Charge extra for coffee refills, all separate charge to get a new coffee cup; outrageous!!
Service was slow and at first not friendly.
This place is a gem. I had the western shirred eggs, which were flavorful and the eggs were not all the way set, which I loved. Coffee was good too.

Food is pretty good. Don't expect super sweet pastries. which is honestly refreshing. Pack your patience with the service, it's hit or miss.

This is your place for breakfast. Delicious unique menu that you don’t find anywhere else in town. Perfect portion sizes. Freshly baked muffins and cinnamon rolls too!

Had a nice sandwich. Didn't take pics
I just returned to Sam's Station after being gone for five years, and I was thrilled to find the place still going strong. I adore the shirred eggs. Just tried the option with Brussels sprouts and feta, and they were divine. Some folks working there are on the cranky side, and the muffins tend to be really dry. Get a hot breakfast or lunch, and you can't go wrong.

Generally the staff was friendly (especially the nice lady at the counter!), vibes were okay. I liked the local art for sale on the walls and the music. The food was good.
I however have a ton of nitpicky complaints that are minor. Like:
Self serve water
Dry muffins (should be served with butter to alleviate)
Frittatas were very wet
Jelly portion was paltry
Greeting upon entry was weird.

nice service, great early riser
Really nice breakfast place. Only complaint is that the butter they serve you is really cold. So by the time is soft your toast is too cold. And it is hard to spread it. Maybe warm up the butter before serving? Everything else is excellent!!!!
My omelette didn’t have much flavor, the cheese inside wasn’t melted either. The bread was delicious, service was great, coffee was really good. My biggest complaint is that if you want anything extra on your plate, it’s all sold separately, not included with your meal. Such as bacon or potatoes or any add ons to your omelette.
Parking: Parking is limited, not too many cars can fit in at once.
