Great place to take your dog!! Good bloody Marys!!! Cook came out to pet my dog and gave him a treat! SQUIRRELS YEAH!!! THAT IS AN INSIDE JOKE ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM 20 YEARS AGO!! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW COMMENT AND I'LL SHARE!!! Anyways good was great had the cheese 🥩 ribeye is my favorite steak!!!

Our table ordered burgers and 2 of the three came out as ordered. We all ordered medium rare and mine was smashed flat and actually burnt blacked, it was inedible.
When I inquired with the male staff member he said that the burgers come as they are cooked depending on the chef and thats how it is. He in no way wanted to be bothered to talk with us or offer any help with the disgusting food. Honestly it was the worst burger I have eaten in my life and not sure how this place is regarded as having good food or service.
The food was great for a good price. A wellade burger, excellent fries, and good service. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone.

This is my first time as a customer to this amazing establishment. I was super impressed by their service. The burger was juicy, tasty and heavenly to my taste buds . The staff went above and beyond. To make sure . This amazing 85 year old woman had her cake . For that alone I am so grateful to staff . This is a local place . Please support this amazing establishment. This is the best burger in Town ! Hands down . Truly a diamond in the rough. A must have is the Hamburger. Cooked to perfection. This is a sit and have a conversation place . No rush No hurries No worries. Type of place . Enjoy a great atmosphere. Let your tastebuds. Enjoy an amazing food experience .

Best Patty melt on Rye bread ever! Passing through on way to McMinneville. This was my absolute favorite Tavern to hang out and play pool and drink micro brew beers in early 90’s while attending OSU. First time in 30 yrs that I could actually stop and eat at the downstairs tables. It was like taking a step back in time. Squirrel ‘s hasn’t changed one bit! Still had my favorite beer on tap and the best burgers ever. I was even fortunate to see the owner, who hasn’t changed a bit either, who I believe sort of remembered me as he smiled and said hello to me. I love this Tavern and highly recommend it to those who want a fun relaxed, welcoming atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends. To those who think they are good enough to play, be sure to go up stairs and challenge the winner on either pool table. Love this place!
