They give you only one water per person and not only that you have to show a receipt that you bought something downstairs like it's water it should be free and the two baristas were so entitled and rude don't go here.

Downtown is a drag now that drug addicts and derelict individuals hanging around the entrance. Better to go to the 9th street starbucks or a local coffee shop.

When I was asked what I needed so said it was about an order and received no response whatsoever. Asked another lady if the order was all ready as it was a customers order and then the other lady smerks and laughs and. Says she wasn’t ignoring me well if you don’t answer someone’s question and help someone else first when I was there before them unprofessional service and extremely rude!
