This spot used to be like super chill, then me and my gal the past few times have been treated rudely by the staff. We're very polite people, we are even easy with our drink orders, but we feel like we are pulling teeth and inconveniencing them when we have our order taken. Then, we get our order and it's not what we ordered, just disappointing since it's our neighborhood Starbucks. Specifically there's this curly head dude I wish I knew his name but he just has no desire to work there and for whatever reason has a terrible attitude every time we go. Whatever happened to the cool Baristas back in the day where they would go all out to give you the best experience possible? Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.

Last several times I’ve been I have not received service with a smile, you get more of a scowl and a completely different overpriced drink than what you ordered. This is my neighborhood Starbucks so it’s a little thing I like to do is, walk to Starbucks and get a cuppa. But now it just feels like a waste of time. The indoor vibe of the employees is that they just don’t care. I made the mistake this time of not sipping the remade drink (they first gave me the wrong size) til I got home, and by then it’s too late to turn around and have them remake it a second time. Maybe the key is to have them repeat back your order. I don’t know, just disappointed and sad that my drink is gross.

I ordered a drink via mobile order and picked it up then realized I needed to use the bathroom. I went back inside the store and walked into the restroom to use it. No toilet paper. I told the barista Alicia and she just said okay then smirked at me while standing there doing absolutely nothing. I don't know what I did to deserve that treatment but I really had to go due to a health issue. Luckily for me the other restroom was empty once I checked the restroom again

The lady is horrible at her job she rushed the drink and I said no ice and it came with ice and when I brought it up she snarled at me and I just walked out , absolutely the worst Starbucks me and my wife have ever

I had the pleasure of going in to place a coffee on 6/9/23 at about 8:30 AM . They were very busy yet all very pleasant. Harper took my order and was extremely pleasant . The entire staff was busy with orders yet friendly and very efficient. The wait considering how busy it was was a short one . My favorite Starbucks to go toParking: Fine
