Had the best experience with my friend when we went here. The worker was so kind and made conversation with us. He asked if the drinks were to our liking and made sure we enjoyed them. Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, I believe his name was Joel. Overall great service and made my friend and I’s day.

I am visibly transgender. I go to this store's deli today, during a lull, and they see me coming, and the entire staff start to feign busy work in order to avoid waiting on me..... This went on for several minutes.... No other customers show up.... When they realize I'm not going away without I get what I came for, they finally do wait on me. They are rude and push my buttons, trying to get a rise out of me, which, unfortunately and to my regret, was successful.

Barista was very helpful when my family and I stopped by. We stopped for souvenirs. The Barista pulled cups that were sold out everywhere else. You made my family's day. Thank you

Breakfast sandwiches have consistently been coming out cold in the center for the last month of ordering.In general their default drink recipes are way too sugary.Also, Starbucks corporate is union busting and abusing workers and customers.Gotta find a new breakfast stop.

I called on a Monday (Oct 3rd) to order 3 dozen donuts for Wednesday (Oct. 5th) morning at 7 am. I arrived at the bakery just before 7. I found an attendant who informed me that there were no orders for donuts, and it must have gotten lost. There was no apology, there was no search in the back in case she missed it, Just, it must have gotten lost. But the biggest lack of customer service was her flippant attitude as she pointed to the donut cases and said, 'there are probably 3 dozen in the cases, you can pack some up yourself'. she did not offer to help me, she just walked off. Clearly, she lacked any sense of what customer service is or what it means to have a work ethic.

Tonight I went into your store approximately 8:40 pm the store was clean but the selection of products was not great! I did find what I needed! I want to point out that their 1% milk was nicely stocked except one problem, most of the milk in the front row said sell by June 30, 2022!!! It is June 30, 2022 and it's 9:00 at night!!! Why was that not pulled from the shelf?? Customers work hard for their money and don't expect to buy expired products from you!! DO BETTER AT SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!I did mention this to the male cashier who had long brown wavy hair!

I've never been so disappointed with a Starbucks in my life. My younger sister came home in TEARS because a cashier (older lady) there gave her a hard time for asking for 1) pumpkin cold foam in her drink and 2) she asked if they had egg bites. Both are regular products at any STARBUCKS, however I get they are a smaller Starbucks and don't have egg bites. But to be mean to my sister about it is some bullshit. The lady even called her "honey" in a demeaning tone. I don't care what kind of day someone is having at there job and I also get that covid has been really stressful for food service workers but that does not give them the RIGHT to make someone cry. Also I had a sip of her drink and it was garbage. Literally go ANYWHERE else for better service and coffee.

I rented a Rug Doctor. I paid cash. There was a deposit. I received no instructions or Rug Doctor receipt. I have rented Rug Doctor products since 1992 (mostly from a CA Safeway). I have never had a problem or complaint about the machines upon return. I was informed that 'I hadn't even tried to clean the machine' (false). No problem specifically was cited. I was told to take the machine back home and 'clean it properly' or I would not get my $25.00 deposit back. Since I was unable to make a special round trip to Safeway that day I had to allow them to keep my deposit (paid in cash). I was given no receipt and I feel like I was robbed. Customer Service could just take the 25 dollars out of the till and say I had cleaned the machine properly. I've had other problems as well, including the Pharmacy. This is the first time I felt that something dishonest was going on though.

Customer service is great. But today was the second time in a row that they didn't have cooked jo's. And this has happened many times before at multiple Safeway's. The breakfast burrito is served from 6am to 11pm. I came in at 6:44, I asked if I could have a breakfast burrito that I made time out of my BUSY work day to stop by. The person said "no ... I can cook them for you"... I just walked away because I'm so tired of them not having the main ingredient ready.
