I’ve been using this location for years my drink is 9.25$ my tip is 5$ everytime I go in , my last 3 trips in I have been treated like the item I’m asking for that Starbucks has always offered. Their customers is an unreasonable ask as Starbucks decided to change their menu and their cash register and make things difficult for their customer their sales associate and the whole experience, however my last three trips in all three times my drink is not made right the employees acknowledge it’s not made right and they don’t correct it. The manager standing right there and he has no problem with the drink being made wrong and acknowledging that it’s wrong and not correcting it and I believe the reason is they are sick and tired of me ordering the same thing And they are sick and tired of having to treat me like what I’m ordering is an unreasonable ask due to the fact that they changed their menu. I won’t be going back. I won’t be tipping. I won’t be spending my money here… The water down drink made wrong is ridiculous

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Upon walking in the door my friend and I were immediately greeted. There were at least three members behind the counter and there was no wait to order. The interaction with staff was pleasant and upbeat, the wait for food and drinks was not long. The food and drinks were perfect temperature. The seating was comfortable and a great place to get together. I was able to see staff from where I sat and everyone stayed very busy assisting customers, and often cleaning up during any down time, they also greeted every customer coming in often by their names. The calming jazz like music was perfect for a relaxing time. If I lived closer this would be my go to coffee spot.

Normally I get great service with a smile. I always order online and have never had a problem. I picked up my order and got on the road. About 15 minutes later I was able to check my order to realize that I didn't get what I ordered. When I called, the person was very apologetic and asked if I could come back to get it fixed. Unfortunately I couldn't. Always check your order before you leave. Otherwise great service.

The leadership is terrible at this location. The baristas & shift leads don’t know what they are doing either. It’s incredibly slow and takes forever for one of them to ring up the line. I’ve seen drive thrus with less people make better drinks faster than this lobby location. Do yourself a favor and visit the store on 9th. They won’t make you stand first in line for over 10 minutes.

If there's a Starbucks to stop at it's this one! The sense of community you feel from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make me a drink I was nervous about ordering on top of my regular order free of charge. Seriously so genuine and sweet it made my day!

I visited it more than once, a special place, great service and delicious coffee ?

This is just a tiny Starbucks. It does have a lot of customers. I rarely go in there because I prefer the coffee further up the street. I will say that the large mocha is quite good. There's nothing really distinctive about this store at all. Lots of people go in there for takeout.

I really appreciate this location. I’ve never once had an issue, I wish I could say that about the downtown Starbucks… stay away from it, it’s a S show! Thank you Timber Hill for always providing great service!
