Everytime I order online they get my order wrong!!!! Ordered a titan turkey , got a regular turkey.. asked for extra pickles and they gave me four pickles how is that extra pickles? Definitely will be going somewhere else for now on

Hey Subway!? Answer Your phone. We accidentally placed an online order to your store instead of one here in Salem. Your message says you don’t answer your phone when we called to cancel. We are an hour away and can’t come get the food. We replied to the confirmation email too letting you know to cancel and issue a refund. I hate for you to waste the food so hopefully you get one of our messages. Question: If you aren’t going to answer your phone why don’t you have a cancel option in the app or a way for your customers to communicate with you. Hopefully you’ll respond to this or the email we sent.
Oh and when we called at the number provided we did press 7 to change our remote order and just got a busy signal. Which also happened a few months back when I called to see if I left something in the store.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sandwich artistry!!!!!! Especially with a fully loaded veggie sandwich, it can get sloppy and turn into an unintended soggy paper salad. My bf said his sandwich was the “best crafted Subway sandwich he’s ever had” and trust me, we eat a lot of Subway. I mean, it was so good it compelled us to write a review and who writes fast food reviews?

Matthew made my sandwich tonight- he did a damn good job! His attitude gave me a positive vibe, his attention to detail was effortless, and, during the sandwich making process, I was blatantly picky. He made sure he didn't go out of bounds with what I wanted, and helped me find my favorite toasty level of bread. He displayed patience for my high-maintenance sandwich, which I truly appreciate.
Dietary restrictions: For those who have a severe allergy to Gluten (Celiac Disease).....Subway orders gluten-free individually packaged bread, along with protocols to avoid Gluten contamination. (Of course, you should ensure they follow the protocol tightly)
Parking: Parking is located right in front if the restaurant, with some provided options to the direct side of the restaurant.
Just picked up 2 subs with BOGO and that is still a bad deal. No meat! Both I had to dig to find any meat which was very little and rediculous. Now I know how Jared lost all that weight. Can't even call their store either, would like to speak to the owner who is clearly ripping people off and avoiding contact. Never eating subway again, has been a year and now will be permanent. If you don't mind paying $11 for bread and veggies, this is the place for you.

At first I thought it might of just been us. A fluke, but after deciding to leave a review and reading others, I'm glad im not the only one.Ordered online for pick up, and both our sandwiches were missing ingredients. I went back in and told them about it, they nicely offered to give me the missing food in bowls to add to our sandwiches, but I definitely wont be ordering from this subway again.
