This location has almost never let me down. Sure, there was the aggressive worker who would literally mangle your salad with her hands. But I think she was let go. And, sure, there have been off nights where the produce wasn’t in great condition. All in all, though, this location is a good bet when you need Subway.Speaking of which, who really needs Subway? This is always a choice of necessity. I never go: “Oh, wow! I can’t wait for Subway!!!” I go: “Hmm. What will work tonight?” And, the thing is, this location works. The workers are often friendly, occasionally unique, and almost always on point when it comes to making an order, wrapping it up, ringing you up, and getting you on your way. If you ask them to push past the squishy tomatoes, they will. If they have some slightly browned lettuce, they almost always replace it without you having to ask them to do it. I say all of this as a person who comes in later in the day (though never violating the ’30 minutes before closing’ rule). And, while prices have gone up, they are in keeping with most other places. People moaning about the loss of ‘five dollar foot longs’ are living in a fantasy land where inflation doesn’t exist and the pandemic never happened.Atmosphere? It is a Subway! Who goes here for atmosphere?!?! I often say that most Subways smell a touch like mop water mixed with yeast. Yeah, it is what it is. But this is not a date night sorta’ place.Subway. Hmm. There is a lot stacked against it in terms of optics. The franchise model. The scandals. The constant changes, now more to fatten the cow for selling. The turkey-based meat thing. Yeah. But this one retains a hint of what originally drew people to Subway, before it was crowded out and forced to compete with so many other chains. This owner is doing something right. And, for that, they should be supported.Parking: There is a place to park . . . geesh, Google, do you not check the items that you ask about? Valet parking? At a Subway?!?!

Since we used the drive-through, I didn't rate the atmosphere. Ah, the scent of fresh bread seeping through the window made us even hungrier.Fresh roast beef sandwiches, plus the fresh veggies, made a great lunch.

The employee girl with a septum piercing and cool hair is by far the prettiest person I’ve ever laid eyes on. She made my sandwich ever so perfectly, the ratio of meats to cheese was immaculate, the precision displayed while cutting the sandwich in two insanely equal halves was incredible, the intricate wrapping of the sandwich was that of a professional origami master. I am beyond impressed by her sandwich skills. 10/10 smash

If you’re using a coupon, this Subway location is 100% worth it. Super fast and accurate service, as well as an awesome interior. If not…gotta skip it. Sorry. Nobody is paying $9.50 for a footlong.

This is the most efficient, best subway I've ever been into. Came by during the lunch rush hour and I think they serviced each batch of customers within 3 minutes. They're speedy and they get the order right to the T. The facility is very well kept and up-to-date. Very much recommend this place. What amazing staff!

We have gone to this subway a number of times and got great service and sandwiches each time we went.SIDE NOTE - the guy that helps us is a spitting image of the comedian John Belushi … not only does he look like him he also talks just like him and has the same mannerisms. If you dressed him up in a kimono and gave him a sword you would think you were in an old SNL skit from the 70’s. Long story but I’ve actually spent time with John Belushi one summer, this kid is a ringer for John.

Food was good and service as well. The subway at 185th and NW West Union has issues. Always is out of supplies and toaster oven is out of order. I like my sandwiches toasted. Bethany store is much better. The restaurants should honor coupons from the newspaper. Why are they sent out anyway?

curly haired blonde guy that sounded like he was stoned was extremely rude and condescending when asked about the subway app not accepting codes. He made it very clear that I was in a sandwich shop and not the IT department. If I ever had an employee respond to a customer the way he did I would fire them in the spot. I have been a long time regular customer at the 9th st location, after this experience I will not set foot in there again. There are plenty of other sandwich shops in town.

I love this Subway probably due to it being privately owned. You'll get your sandwich absolutely anyway you desire. My personal favorite is 12" tuna with wht bread unheated. I alternate the cheeses, spinach instead of lettuce, olives, honey mustard, mayo and always a smile comes with. Water is great for me and I give a 15% tip cause it's always great. I take it home. This shop is there for absolutely everyone.
